HOW I CAME TO SAY TO A MUSLIM WOMAN PRAISE BE TO ALLAH

My faith is such acknowledging another's faith does not weaken my own.  It is about respect. 

The travel part of my NY trip was a nightmare.  It began at about 4:15 a.m. at the airport when I had to borrow a phone to call my roommate to bring me my phone. Then after he called the man who loaned me his phone to say he was outside, I realized I did not have my glasses. So, I was a week without glasses. 

Every leg of the trip was hard on me.  I was panic stricken they would have to land the plane because of me yelling in pain due to the continued sinus infection.

I cannot even go there with how bad the lack of care is.  Oh, I am seeing a lot of people, The last medication they gave me was dosed wrong. Then a new medication was dosed below the normal use. It is 4 drops not 3, and 3-4 times a day and not once. Today I am going with the full dosage.

I finally have my bladder under control after an overdose recommended by the doctor, or pharmacy. They are blaming each other.  Then, my reaction to the medication was horrible.   Imagine literally going to the bathroom every 20 minutes and drinking nonstop.  It was urine and bowel. I was drinking so much fluid my hair turned silky soft. The manufacturer says not for people with neuropathy.  It is just surreal.

There were too many trips to the bathroom from Dallas to NY.  But now it is all under control.

I GET TO NY, AND IT STARTS WELL

At the gate was my wheel-chair assist. And I do tip $10.00.  I can walk short distances, but I cannot navigate a large airport.  He got me to the baggage pick-up.  Never again, I just bought the medium closet carry-on. Yes, it was pricy, but it is all I will need in the future.

Right next to the baggage pickup was ground transportation.  I walked out the door and waited 5 minutes for the Q70 bus which is non-stop to Woodside train station.  I have been doing this for 48 years; I know the routine. Except he dropped us off two blocks from the elevator to the 3rd floor where you get tickets. 

There was a nightmare reason.  The entire station was under mass remodeling in anticipation of the new rail directly from La Guardia to Woodside.  So, I get upstairs, and the ticket booth is nowhere to be found.  I walked by it on the return.  So, I used a ticket dispenser.  The ticket said track one.  I knew it was track 4, but I went down the stairs to track 1, to see track 4 was packed with people heading out to eastern long island.  Then I saw my train come and go. 

I could not find the elevator used once in the station.  So, I pulled my luggage up the stairs, and then down the stairs.  I could not breath.  I was sitting on the stairs.  A Muslim woman comes up to me and says, "you just missed the train."  It meant I would probably miss the catered family event. 

She asks me if she could help me.  I asked if she could check the schedule for the next train to my destination.  It was not bad I missed the train.  Everyone changes at Jamaica.  The next train to Jamaica connected me to an express to my destination.

I got on the train and this woman was with me all the way to Jamaica. We got off the train at Jamaica, and learned my train was on track 4 in 6 minutes, and I was on track 7.  This woman grabbed my bags with permission and pulled them down the stairs and then up the stairs.  

THE PRAISE BE TO ALLAH MOMENT

I offered her $20.00 saying she meant the world to me.  She said no.  She said Allah does not expect people to praise her for doing his work.

I spontaneously said Praise be to Allah.  This meant the world to her to hear me say it.  It reinforced her faith.  She started to cry, and I said "no, no". They were tears of joy.  My Praise be to Allah was an acknowledgement that Allah brought us together in an act of brotherhood.  She followed his teachings of brotherhood. It made everything better.

Kindness without an expectation of reward.

THE RETURN REVELATION WHEN I MET AN AFGHANI MAN

He took me from security to my gate.  I never would have made it.  He was quiet.  He wanted to make sure I was okay.  He turned and looked me in the eyes with those amber eyes and asked if I was okay.

He was a damaged man.  I told him I was okay.  I asked him where he was from.  We spoke for a bit.  He left Afghanistan after leaving the war behind, which was so much of his life.  It was horrible what his family had gone through.  

I then noticed how much he was shaking.  It was sad.

With all his problems, he took the time to make sure I was okay. Now I believe he took the $20.00 tip because he was providing a service and not a random act of kindness.

I cannot get the desperation I saw in his eyes out of my head.  His kindness is something we do not see enough in this world.

THE JOHN DOE CASE

The only reason three lawsuits are not being filed today, is I have to go to the VA to pick up a new medication to help me sleep. 

I still have a bit of work, but not much.  But January 2, 2025, will be the day of no return,

I have done everything I can, but Saenz wants a nuclear war.  I do not.  I want everyone to just walk away. 

The people want peace.  They want us to reconcile our differences.  But I cannot force anyone.

I have played this video many times.  Today Eisenhower would be called out as a communist.  The fact he was a great war hero, and a Republican would not matter to those who want unlimited spending. 

Remember Musk and Trump want to get rid of the debt ceiling so they can have unregulated spending.

Since 1980, starting with Ronald Reagan, now a nobody in the Republican Party, we have been told to control spending and balance the budget.  Only Bill Clinton left the White House with a budget surplus and then Bush II blew spending through the ceiling.

A majority of Republican House Members favor removing the debt ceiling.  So, they have officially abandoned the idea of a balanced budget.

The first days of the next era will see an attempt to oust Speaker Johnson.  The Democrats say they will not save him.  This could be a bad move.  If they save him, they could have a place at the table, they might not otherwise have.

Trump faces a major crisis.  The Republicans and Democrats have already said they will remove the debt ceiling.  Well on January 23, without an increase in the debt ceiling our bills will go unpaid.  

Trump and Musk tried to pass this mess onto Biden.  They did not have the votes.  With 2 days in office Trump will face a rebellious House, and a budget mess. 

On Sunday Trump advisors suggested by moving around existing funds, meaning not using them as intended, they can continue to pay the nations bills until June. 

We can hope once the Trump Biden era is over, they will be seen as the man between Trump, and the book ends holding Biden in. 

 

ELON MUSK FACING REALITY IN THE POLITICAL PLAYGROUND, WHEREIN AS A NOVICE HE TURNS TO CENSORSHIP TO SILENCE MAGA REPUBLICANS

How long can Trump put up with this before he has to choose between MAGA and Musk.

There is no doubt Elon is a brilliant visionary.  But he fails to understand how reality limits his vision.

THE WORKPLACE WILL FALL APART

Yes, I was in NY for the Holidays.  It is sad for security reasons I cannot post my travels when I am away. I am so tired.  Travelling is very hard on me.  I have to rethink my carry on. 

There were a lot of SpaceX employees on the outbound from Brownsville, and even more on the return last night.

I did not speak to anyone because it was clear they are guarded.

It is surreal to me how these brilliant engineers are voluntarily giving up their identity. 

For now, they like jogging on their private beach, Boca Chica.  Will someone explain to me how during a launch all of these families are allowed to stay in their homes, but we cannot be on the beach?

Pay attention, if you live out there with your spouse and you say something to a neighbor about Elon Musk, it will get back to him.  Imagine living in a SpaceX colony on Mars.  This is what Elon is building at Boca Chica.

Now parents are concerned if they will have to send their kids to Elon Musk's new school?

This is mass indoctrination.  The wives are going to feel trapped.  They are not even supposed to leave for pampers.  Elon will bring them to you. 

No one can live like this long term. Elon has no concept of a free community.  He wants everyone in his cubbyhole.

THE BUDGET FIGHT WAS ABOUT GIVING ELON UNLIMITED ACCESS TO OUR MONEY, WHICH WE ARE TO FINANCE TO SUPPORT ELON

Without billions of dollars from we the people, there is no Mars project.  Elon does not have the money, so he tried to remove the debt ceiling so he could force unlimited spending. 

He failed.  Elon's biggest opponents are the Republicans.  They will never support unleashed spending.  In time Trump is going to realize Elon is a liability and cut him loose. 

Elon is clueless he is without clothes when it comes to people, and how our government works. The People's House has held him in check.  

For me, we are going into an exciting place with the People's House being so strong.

 NEW BEGINNINGS MEANS MOVING ON

In terms of this John Doe case, there is nothing left for me to do to reason with Saenz.  I am tired of people telling me how many people I have hurt.  I have hurt no one.  Saenz is the one who pursued John Doe after the magistrate judge dismissed the charges for a want of probable cause. 

Louis Sorola knowing he has paid Montoya to attack this family chose to take the case over John Doe's objection, Sorola then chose to ask for time to prepare the case because he had medical issues.  Sorola is the one who has attacked his client twice in open court.

Lawrence Rabb is the one who threatened his client with harassment for asking for an appointment to go over the case.

I AM READY TO BEGIN THE FINAL STAGE

I do not want this.  I want to walk away and leave for NC.  But I will file everything ready to go to end it.  This helps no one except John Doe.

 

ELON MUSK IS A SHINY OBJECT FOR THOSE EASILY IMPRESSED

It scares me how many highly qualified engineers are agreeing to be part of his company town.  I know for sure those who have agreed to live at Star Base are provided free delivery of anything they want, including meals.  

Imagine your spouse is being told to order everything on the internet and Musk will send a driver to go pick it up.  You and your children are building a life around a shiny object.  

Think of how hard we have worked for our privacy and independence and these highly qualified engineers are giving it up freely. Their life is encompassed by a shiny object.

Yes, Musk is a brilliant visionary.  But if every part of your life revolves around Musk, you will become enslaved to him and alienated from your family.  It blows my mind people are taking this path as if it is an epiphany.

THE PEOPLE'S HOUSE PUT MUSK IN HIS PLACE

To date Musk is batting zero.  Trump had to point out Musk cannot be president because he was not born here.  Trump is hearing an earful from the Republicans in a bad way against Musk.

On January 14, 2025, the Senate will begin hearings on the confirmation of Hegseth for Secretary of Defense.  He is not a sure thing, and in fact the Republicans may be setting Trump up for a big failure on the eve of his inauguration. Trump will have a melt-down.  

The Republicans see a chance to make Trump their puppet.  I think they are going for it.

 TRUMP TRIED TO REDEFINE HIS MANDATE, AND NOW DECRIES HE IS BEING HELD TO HIS PROMISE OF A BALANCED BUDGET

People did not vote for Trump based on a promise to abolish the debt ceiling.  He promised a balanced budget.  The People's House voted to do exactly as Trump promised - a balanced budget.  Trump's mandate is on his lies, not on what he really intended.

 

THE CONSTITUTION INDIRECTLY BARS ELON MUSK FROM BEING SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE

The constitution provides for congress to decide the Presidential Line of Secession after VP.  Per t heir empowerment Congress passed a Line of Secession Act.  It provides if both the President and VP are unable to act at the same time the Speaker of the House becomes the acting president.

This is where the constitution clearly bars Musk from being Speaker of the House. To be president you must be a natural born citizen, Musk is not.

I saw a SpaceX engineer at Walmart with a Nuke Mars T-shirt.  I asked about it and he gave the theory behind nuking Mars.  I have no evidence anyone is taking this seriously, for now.

I do not want this; I want to head out to North Carolina.  Everyone needs to be left alone to think about their lives.  Saenz wants a blood bath. I do not.  I just want to disappear and finish my retirement the way I intended.

So, unless there is a breaking story, I will be mostly down. I am waiting on a court of appeals decision which could change everything fast.  The court of appeals is working overtime to finish as many opinions as possible before January 1, 2025, when there will be a very different court of appeals.

Musk could actually force true conservative Republicans to align with Progressive Democrats.  Today's battle was epic in its failure for President Musk, a foreign born national.  I hope the Democrats can get "President Musk," to stick

THE CON THAT FAILED - FROM TRUMP'S OWN LIPS

President Musk demanded the Republican pass a budget resolution which removed the debt limit, so that when he pushes his excessive spending and tax cuts for billionaires, he can blame Biden. 

True conservative Republicans said no. And of course, the Democrats made clear they were not playing.

Again, the People's House stood.

Johnson can only push for Democratic Party support for the original budget resolution without the pay raise for Congress or allow the government to shut down.

This will be on Trump.  We will ring in the New Year with the government shut down.

Republican House member Spartz decided she will not caucus with the Republicans.  This puts the Republican majority in danger.  The best part is she is going to work full time to make sure President Musk gets what he wants. 

There are currently 5 open seats which will be filled with a special election.  There will be 2 more Republicans added to the open seats for a total of 7.

Trump threatened the Republican Senators to not start confirmation hearings for Secretary of Defense nominee Pete Hegseth.  The Republicans said no, and have set the hearing for January 14, 2025.  They have also pushed for the full FBI background check. 

We can be looking at Trump having a stunning loss on the eve of his inauguration. 

Watching President Musk taking reality hits is very fun. 

LARRY RABB THREATENS HIS CLIENT WITH AN HARASSMENT CHARGE FOR REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT, AND THINKS HE IS GOING TO GET AWAY WITH IT

Do not forget who this man is, he and his wife Korina Barraza allowed Amit Livingston to walk out of court after pleading guilty to murder.  It led to a 7-year man hunt and Armando Villalobos in federal prison.  Do you doubt they will do the dirty work for Saenz and Gabby Garcia?

Why would Gabby Garcia appoint a husband wife team to represent John Doe, while he already has two other attorneys?

"Please, discontinue emailing me or I will consider your veiled threats as harassment. Cease and desist"

There was no threat.  Judge Garcia ordered John Doe to communicate with Rabb, and this was Rabb's response.

John Doe's crime was to ask for an appointment to go over his case. John Rabb denied being his attorney although the appointment was made in open court, and he took John Doe to a back room against his will to get him to agree to a con job Plea Bargain.

For every act done by these turkeys they are going to have to hope the DOJ, FBI, Commission on Judicial Conduct, State Bar, and the incoming Sheriff Trevino will cover for them.

Update from Villalobos case:

Rabb told the AUSA he did not file a mandamus to stop the release of Amit Livingston because it would take too long.  In my original post during the Villalobos trial, I posted a mandamus I won. I noted by the time I left the court of appeals and got to my office; the Stay Order was on my fax machine. 

RABB HAS A PROBLEM AND MAY BE COMPROMISED BY SAENZ

This is all part of the criminal complaint against RABB, and part of the request he be suspended from the practice of law.

"About two weeks ago Rabb was suspended from work - he claims health problems diabetes, depression, and alcohol - Rabb felt he was being discriminated against by his office and he was being forced to see a psychiatrist - Saenz would not allow Rabb go to an appellate CLE.  Saenz was about to demote Rabb to a second chair position instead of being an appellate attorney."

ELON MUSK ISSUES FIRST EDICT FROM BILLIONAIRES' COUNCIL

Republican Speaker of the House Johnson totally misses reality under Trump/Musk.

 “Any member of the House or Senate who votes for this outrageous spending bill deserves to be voted out in 2 years!”

It's not an idle threat coming from Musk, the world's richest man, who helped bankroll Trump's victory and can easily use his America PAC to make or break political careers."

If Johnson can hold onto the continuing budget resolution, Trump/Musk lose.

The Democrats seem to want to let this fall on the Republicans, "Merry Christmas America, your government is now closed."
The Democrats would be silly to do this because it will backfire on them.

However many Democrats need to vote with the Republicans to pass the continuing resolution should do same.  Trump/Musk lose - then there is the issue of the Senate.  There are enough strong Senators who can make this happen, which basically then costs Trump big time.  This is the only moment they will have to stop Trump/Musk.

Every sane person agrees the budget is out of control.  You cannot cut enough social programs to have any impact of the budget.  You have to cut the military budget, and that will not happen. 

The only choice is to come out with a responsible way to print money.  It would not surprise me is this is Trump's end game.  The borrowing must end.

 GABBY GARCIA, "STOP, IT IS NO ONE'S BUSINESS WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS $5,000, BRIBE THE VICTIM REFUSED"

My coverage of Gabby Garcia first as an attorney and now as a judge is why she is determined to destroy an innocent man.  Remember the court of appeals just reversed her in a criminal case wherein there was no evidence of a crime.  That is what we have here with John Doe.

DO NOT FORGET, THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE DISMISSED THE CHARGES ON A WANT OF PROBABLE CAUSE - NOW GABBY HAS THE TAXPAYERS PAYING FOR 4 COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEYS TO ENSURE THIS MAN GOES DOWN. 

The underlying case in the missing $5000, is a criminal case wherein the victim was robbed 3x.  The police refused to process the 3rd criminal complaint even though the victim found the defendant's credit card at his door.  The security cameras have the defendant going over a security fence 3xs. 

The Texas Constitution mandates the victim be notified of a plea bargain.  Gabby Garcia knew the victim invoked his rights under the Texas Bill of Rights.  She did not care.

Sec. 30.  RIGHTS OF CRIME VICTIMS.  (a) A crime victim has the following rights:
(1)  the right to be treated with fairness and with respect for the victim's dignity and privacy throughout the criminal justice process; and
(2)  the right to be reasonably protected from the accused throughout the criminal justice process.
(b)  On the request of a crime victim, the crime victim has the following rights:
(1)  the right to notification of court proceedings;
(2)  the right to be present at all public court proceedings related to the offense, unless the victim is to testify and the court determines that the victim's testimony would be materially affected if the victim hears other testimony at the trial;
(3)  the right to confer with a representative of the prosecutor's office;
(4)  the right to restitution; and
(5)  the right to information about the conviction, sentence, imprisonment, and release of the accused.
So, the victim receives a phone call from the defendant's mother offering $5,000 if the victim would agree to no jail time.  Under my advice he notified Irma Gilman, wife of ADA Peter Gilman, and employee to Gabby Garcia that he would not accept any money this way and wanted an investigation.

After receiving this email, at a later date, the case was dismissed with time served and no restitution.  The victim was never interviewed about the attempted bribe.  The $5,000, just disappeared. He was never notified of the hearing of dismissal.  Gabby Garcia knew she was violating the victim's constitutional rights. 

SO, GABBY WHY DID YOU NOT CALL FOR AN INVESTIGATION, AND WHERE DID THE $5,000 GO?

WILL THE REPUBLICANS BRING ABOUT THE CRASHING OF CONGRESS?

When I first read this story, I expected to hear Republicans from northern states doing the complaining.  But the Republicans calling out their own Speaker for an additional $110 billion in spending being added to the continuing resolution for natural disaster relief and help for the farmers are from the very states getting the relief. 

It could be nonthreatening huffing and puffing to impress the voters but saying no to free money for your voters seems odd.

BUT THERE IS AN IMPORTANT TRUTH TO THIS STORY

Where can they cut?  Nowhere.  There is massive fraud at the VA and no one goes after it. 

There is nowhere to cut the budget except though fraud and that will do very little.

IT IS TIME TO TURN TO JUST PRINTING MONEY AS NEEDED, BUT HIGHLY REGULATED

 

The best economists claimed a collapse of the US when Nixon took us off the gold standard.  The value of the dollar is the strength of our economy.  We are currently in debt to the tune of $33 trillion.  We are never going to dig ourselves out of that.  Stop believing it.

If we print money in a regulated way the dollar will recover after an initial drop. We plan to pay the dept off in 10 years.  If we can come up with an international stable system which allows for printing money as needed, there will be less need for foreign aid.  There will be no more deficit spending, just a strict map for responsible spending. 

But if you think we can pay $33 trillion in debt, plus what if to come, you believe it. 

MORE BELOW ON THE FRAUD 

The doctor in the first sinus surgery was paid over $10,000, and failed because he did not correct the deviated septum. There is a time it becomes a challenge but without the repair the air will not circulate properly, which means the sinus will stay inflamed.

The second surgeon who was paid nearly $13,000, billed $125,000.  This is for a 15-minute surgery in his office. 

No one will try to secure any money back from the first surgeon who failed.  There is no penalty for failing.  The second surgeon like the three before him refused to remove the retention cyst from the left maxillary sinus.  All the science says it is the source of the problem and why my left ear down through the throat is in so much pain.  The ringing in my ear is nearly constant.  They agree it is filled with fluid.  But nothing.

Well, I have a Dallas surgeon who will remove it for $10,000.  If the VA does not refer me for emergency surgery I will just go to Dallas and then use the medical history to bill the VA.  Until then I remain in a lot of pain. 

ON THE VA BUDGET WE HAVE A CLEAR BASIS FOR THE VA TO SEEK A REFUND AND NOTHING.

Community care in the VA is a nightmare.  They have a list of ENT surgeons.  They assign you one without first checking to see if they can address the problem.  The set me up with a third surgeon who wanted to do the sinus surgery a 3rd time, and again with only numbing medicine.  If you offer the doctors $10,000, for a needless surgery, they will take it and leave the veteran in pain.  It is a massive system of fraud.

Yesterday I wasted my time at the eye clinic in Harlingen, through no fault of the clinic.  Both doctors in the clinic are working overtime to find a way to save my left eye vision.  Yesterday's appointment was based on my ability to describe what the community care eye surgeon wanted.  

The VA doctor was really great and did her best to fit me for a special form of contact lenses which will improve my vision.  But her hands were tied.  The community care doctor will not release the medical records and his recommendations.  It is really the staff. 

She cannot finish the order until she gets the notes from Dr. Gonzalez.  I have tried and so too has the VA doctor.  Nothing.  Do you know how much waste this is?  The veterans are delayed services, and the taxpayer picks up the bill.

When you get a good doctor community care is great, but otherwise it is really bad.

Under the law the veteran must receive care within a time certain.  Many of these community care doctors know the scoop.  They give the VA the appointment for you and then in a few weeks they call the veteran and reschedules 2-3 month out.   It was a scam to get the veteran patient. 

 MANNY TREVINO TO FACE HIS FIRST CHALLENGE - THE SAME CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FILED WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT

He controls criminal conduct in the courthouse.  Will he run cover for Saenz and Gabby Garcia, to only learn one of any number of state agencies find evidence of criminal conduct or the FBI.  Because if he does, his career will end very fast.

He has two deputies to investigate who abused John Doe with conduct which is on the cam.  The abuse was to coerce him into consenting to search of his apartment after repeatedly saying no.

He has two sheriff's deputies who have been witness to criminal conduct in the courtroom.   He has to interview them.  On balance they both have been professional.  I think the one who unconstitutionally ordered me out of the courtroom did it because he was ordered to by Estela Chavez-Vasquez. He has been very professional since then. 

THEN THERE IS THE CASE OF BEN EURESTI

He will be asked to give the entire criminal complaint to the grand jury before he leaves office at the end of the month.  He is a named defendant so he will have to recuse himself or make matters worse by doing nothing.

Saenz this can end now.  But guys Saenz will take everyone down with him. I just want to leave for North Carolina and be forever done with Texas.

SAENZ MAKE IT A HAPPY HOLIDAY FOR EVERYONE

WHO IS THIS JOHN DOE?

The federal filing will include the picture of him in a coma for weeks after a DWI wherein he was a victim.  After Saenz was given the proof the bar overserved the driver, Saenz refused to prosecute a no body.

He was a cripple for a year before he could get the surgery.  

He is also a victim of an attempted stabbing.  His sister's abuser knocked down the door and pulled a screwdriver on both of them.  Saenz refused to prosecute and then sued the sister using perjured testimony.  Saenz was removed from the case, and it was eventually dismissed. 

John Doe's daughter died shortly after birth.  A local millionaire paid for a simple funeral.  We were told there is no viewing for a newborn.  It was a simple wooden coffin in a county cemetery. John Doe, his father and mother attend to ploy.  It has a very large Texas olive tree.  

John Doe is about 6'2".  Babies are buried at 3 ft.  The got on his knees and they handed him the coffin, wherein he then placed his daughter into her final rest.

The federal court will have all the pictures.

What Saenz does not understand is the case law shows 2 incidents wherein the police helped to cover up criminal conduct against John Doe, that is enough to prove bias by Saenz.

I want to be clear, had Democrats actually stood for something, and not micro focused on gender and LGBTQ/transgender issues, Trump may have lost.  

There is nothing wrong with discussing these issues, the problem was discussing them to the point of the exclusion of the breakfast table issues.

THE DEMOCRATS HAVE LEARNED NOTHING

No one is talking policy choices.  It is all the end is coming with Trump.  The Democrats have nothing to say.

WE CAN STILL WIN THE ABORTION ISSUE, BUT THE DEMOCRATS ARE TOO BUSY AT POPULAR WATERHOLES TO CARE

In nearly every Republican state which had a popular vote, Roe v. Wade was made state law. 

The Democrats love to cubbyhole everything.  They cannot see that Republican may want reproductive rights.  It their mind it is not possible.

I have been lobbying statewide for the Democrats to introduce a constitutional amendment to allow for citizen petitions to force change in state law. 

So many Republican states have seen the people reject the draconian Republican policies on abortion.

And guys, I am not an abortion advocate, but I look beyond my own beliefs. 

Whether it is the state level with Gilberto Hinojosa, or Jared Hockema at the local level, the Democrats are dead silent and offering no alternative to their failed campaigns.  Noone is pushing to get these two out of office so we can begin to rebuild.

BILLIONAIRE MUSK HEADS COUNCIL IN CAMERON COUNTY

So, the record is clear, he does know social media exist in Cameron County. So, it is not enough Sofia Benavides helped lead the way to give Elon Musk everything he wanted.  Now he wants Boca Chica for his own city. 

Without any vote the City of Brownsville in exchange for chump change gave Elon the COB.  Without a vote, Cameron County gave Elon Musk the county and Boca Chica.

Without any confirmation or vetting Elon Musk will head the federal government Efficiency Unit.

When you are part of the Billionaire's Council, all you need is a billion dollars, to oversee any government entity you want. 

A long time ago in the mid-80's when I bought a house in a new development, the residents came together to force the city, county and state to widen the road coming into the community.   They said no, and then a school bus ended up in a ditch and the money came rolling in. 

Without widening Boca Chica all the way to the airport from SpaceX, Musk's development will not work.  No one is going to buy into a community which is locked in.  It appears he is also planning on a new school district.

So? who is going to pay to widen Boca Chica to two lanes in each direction?  You can bet Eddie Trevino and Sofia Benavides will put the county on some of the costs. This is why people voted for Trump.  As so many people have said they know Trump is a loose cannon, but he is the only cannon shooting at the failed government. They do not see the failed government being used by Musk to his advantage.  They see democrats like Eddie Trevino and Sofia Benavides helping to give everything away to the Billionaire's Council. 

 

ELON MUSK IS UNAWARE WHEN THE PEOPLE BECOME WEARY, THEY TAKE DOWN MONUMENTS

So now Elon is pushing for a company town for his employees which he can control.  He has dismissed the BYU study which shows the launches over time can cause structural damage.  It will be a company town, and his lemming engineers will do as they are told. 

When you take away any outside influence, the engineers will become stagnant. 

How far this folly will go is anyone's guess.

BUT NOW ELON IS THREATENTING TO USE HIS BILLIONS TO DESTROY ANY REPUBLICAN WHO DOES NOT GET IN LINE WITH TRUMP

Elon is an empty shell of a comical bust.  Republicans are already putting him and JFK Jr. in their place. He does not like it.  So, Elon announces he will use his billions to fund his PAC and go after any Republican who does not get in line with Trump.

Here is the problem.  No Republican is going to end a contract in their district.  It will be the end of their career. 

BIDEN IS GOING OUT WITH THE TRUTH

Biden is reminding the voters in a lot of Republican districts the new plant which is going up and creating jobs is the result of his economic policies, and if they refuse to ensure the plan continues projects will be shut down in their districts. 

VICENTE GONZALEZ SAID IT RIGHT

It would shock me to learn if Vicente Gonzalez even speaks with Gilberto Hinojosa.  Two years ago, Gilberto nearly cost him the election for recommending McHale as an advocate.  Then Gilberto lied to the national news media when asked about it.

WHAT DID VICENTE SAY WHICH WAS SO TELLING, AND SHOULD BE HOW THE REPUBLICANS RESPOND TO ELON MUSK

Vicente sent a strong message to the Democratic leadership the next time they try and whip him into being their puppet they will not like his response.  The House, for sure right now is the People's House.  The House Members have all the power and need to lead by whipping Elon into place.  Do not give him the upper hand.

SO, ME

They have me on a super dosage of steroids to reduce the inflammation in the sinuses. I continue with the antibiotics.  The problem is the left side. In the left maxillary sinus, I have a retention cyst they have been unable to remove after 4 sinus surgeries. It is at the point, until they find a surgeon who can remove it, I will suffer.  But I will do the steroids and sees what happens. 

Maybe 25 years ago I was wrongly put on steroids for ulcerative colitis.  In 30 days, I went from 150 lbs, to 185 lbs.  As the doctor said when he saw me, I was wired.

I know the dangers of steroids.  I will be very careful about what I eat.  I will watch for personality changes.  Such as the first time I was put on steroids some 25 years ago, I have been given no warnings about their use.  But I know them and will be very attentive. 

THE DEMOCRATS IN TEXAS HAVE SURRENDERED

I will predict if Erin Gamez draws a rational Republican opponent in 2 years she will lose.  I like Erin, and on balance I think she is one of the better representatives in the State House.  But she is too busy at the usual hangouts, and not with the people at the kitchen table.

We are hearing this over and over again.  They know Donald Trump is a loose cannon.  But he is the only one talking about taking on the government. This is what the people want, and what the Democrats fear. 

"Sure, Trump is a loose cannon at best. Yeah, he'll probably blow up in our faces, but he is the only cannon available to fire their growing pile of grievances on the ivory towers of DC."

 ANOTHER ISSUE IN THE PETITION TO REMOVE SAENZ:  THE CASE OF MICHELLE CANO - HIS DAUGHTER-IN-LAW

Shortly after Michella Cano was charged with illegal possession of drugs and a weapon, the Magistrate Court uploaded the documents.  That is how I secured them.  It was not long before they disappeared from the system.

Because I am cautious, I checked with the adjoining counties to see if Saenz recused himself and sent it to an adjoining county.  There is nothing, and besides it would still appear on the Cameron County District court web page. 

Twice now DPS has told me how to send the documents to them so they can check to see if there was an impermissible expungement.  This would not have happened without the assistance of a local district court judge.

There is no way under the facts as alleged by the sheriff's deputies this case could have been dismissed.

DPS will not tell me about any search.  But if they find wrongdoing, the case will be reinstated.  

UPDATES ON OTHER MATTERS

This afternoon I am going for an emergency CT scan of my chest as part of the treatment for the Ocular MG.  They need to rule something out.  Because it is not being done as requested by the eye specialist, if he is unsatisfied with the way the test was done, I will have to go back to BAMC to get it done with contrast.  The tumor he is looking for, which is normally always benign, can only be seen with contrast. 

MY SINUSES ARE A MESS

I have not slept in 2 days.  The pain is horrible.  If VA doctor who is aware the problem does not me by 2 p.m., I will just go back to Valley Regional.  The pain is endless and my left ear in particular feels like it is going to blow from the pressure.  I cannot eat or swallow. 

A POINT ON COVERING REVERSALS BY THE COURT OF APPEALS

Judge Laura Betancourt was reversed again.  But I will not cover it because it is a case which is very complex, could have gone either way.  I am only covering black and white cases wherein the judge messed up.

 

THE CORN BELT GAVE TRUMP AND RFK JR. THE WHIPPING OF THEIR LIFES

As you can see most of the corn belt is solid Republican territory.  So, when RFK Jr. took on corn syrup, it was no surprise when the Republican Senators and House Members in the corn belt came out swinging against RFK Jr.  How did Trump and RFK Jr, not know?

It is just not corn syrup causing problems. The dead zone in the Gulf is about the size of Connecticut.  It is in large measure caused by the algae bloom which kills millions of fish and shrimp.

The primary cause of the dead zone is caused by fertilizers coming down the Mississippi into the Gulf.  It is fuel for the algae.  We cannot stop it because the people in the corn and wheat belt will oppose any regulation. Trump cannot overcome this reality.

WASTE IN THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX

No one is going to do a thing about this real problem.  Why? President Eisenhower warned that the system which was being created guaranteed we will continue to make wasteful weapons.

Congress is about money for their states and districts.  When I worked on all 100 B1-B bombers I quicky learned the cause for delays was the number of outside sources which had part of the contract.  A simple part may have to go through 3-5 other contractors before it was sent to us.  The contracts ensure every congressional district gets part of every contract.  Now I am not saying each weapon is made in all 50 states, but I am saying they make sure all 50 states and multiple House Districts get part of every military weapon contract.

If you remember, at times the military has actually come out against new weapon systems, but Congress approved them because it meant jobs in their districts. 

When people like Elon Musk realize Trump does not have absolute power, he will walk.  House Members are going to rebel if their leaders put too much pressure on them. 

 LOUIS SOROLA LOSES IT IN COURT WHILE ATTACKING HIS CLIENT, AND JUDGE GARCIA FINDS IT ACCEPTABLE CONDUCT.

These two believe every federal and state agency are going to look at the transcripts and find no wrongdoing.  This is not going to happen.  I have to be patient.

Sorola on the record:

" MR. SOROLA: Yes, I have discovery but my client -- now that he's questioning my voracity I would like to file all of the emails he sent me with the Court -- and his uncle's, too. I've been threatened with legal action, I've been threatened with Federal Court, being turned over to the FBI. I mean, I would like to file all of that now that my voracity has been questioned, Judge"

For the record I have no relationship to John Doe.  Sorola loves to call the people I help my family.  It is just a lie.  A lie he has paid Montoya to print.

Sorola demand Judge Garcia depose John Doe as to his complaint to the state her court reporter is now facing 3 complaints for refusing to provide a free transcript to John Doe,

" MR. SOROLA: There's an attachment to the mandamus that has been filed. And there's quite a few emails, Judge. 

 THE COURT: Mr. John Doe, you are objecting to Mrs. Roberts to being the court reporter because your right was violated? Is that what you're stating in this email 

... .

 So why do you need a court record? I take it by your silence that you do not have an answer for me; is that correct? 

THE DEFENDANT: Not at the moment. 

 THE COURT: Did you need a court record from Mrs. Roberts, Mr. Sorola? MR. SOROLA: No, Judge. We haven't -- I haven't been able to do anything. I do have discovery. I've looked at the case."

So, what you have here is Gabby Garcia at Louis Sorola's request deposing John Doe to create a record which they believe will protect Gabby's court reporter.

What the record shows is clear bias by Gabby Garcia and Louis Sorola.  John Doe has the right to defend himself against this conduct.

Does anyone think Sorola is going to demand a record which shows he is working for the DA and against his client.  I would be shocked if Sorola has any appellate record or knows how to preserve error.  

The denial of the mandamus using the requested record was bogus.  The court of appeals, which will change significantly on January 1, 2025, is playing along to protect Gabriela Garcia.  Here is the scam.  Gabriela Garcia will not sign orders overriding John Doe's rights, so the court of appeals finds the court record is insufficient with the order in writing, but it is in the record. 

Historically the court of appeals will order the trial judge to sign the subject orders, but they did not here.

Now who believes Sorola would demand an order which removes him from the case.

Sorola wants people to believe he cannot defend his client because of the adverse relationship.

Now remember this begins with Sorola paying Montoya to attack John Doe's family, and defend Gabriela Garcia, as an attorney, and Korina Barraza as the ADA.  

He walked away from the case for months instead of filing a motion to dismiss.

He does not need to speak with his client to file defense motions.  His claim he cannot speak with his client is a lie.  When we get to court, he gets Gabby Garcia to illegally restrain John Doe and be taken to the back where Sorola can say and do anything he wants. A formal federal criminal charge will be filed on this illegal detention of John Doe off the record. 

This is what happened with Lawrence Rabb and his wife.  They cut a deal without John Doe's consent.  I have that record.  John Doe had been to court enough to know the con,

Sorola and Rabb demanded in a backroom that John Doe plead guilty to possession of a few prescription pills, which in the past had been prescribed by his doctor.  I am in a lot of trouble if anyone checks my prescription container on my key chain.  There is a controlled substance in it. If I start to have breathing problems, I can pop the pill and rapidly increase the blood to the lungs.

When I travel like most people I use a pill box.  I do not bring my prescriptions with me. I just load the pill box with what I need.  According to Saenz this is a crime. 

BUT THE REALITY IS THERE IS NO EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT THE CHARGE

Sorola and Rabb tried to get John Doe to plead guilty to the misdemeanor case, and do a year in jail, in exchange for Gabby Garcia dismissing the felony case wherein there is an eyewitness there was no crime.  Nothing but choice prevents Sorola and Rabb from securing the written statement of the eyewitness there was no crime. Also, the alleged facts in the indictment are not supported by the affidavits of the arresting deputies. 

THE SCAM JOHN DOE FIGURED OUT ON HIS OWN

So, he pleads guilty in Estela Chavez court and agrees to a year in jail for a first-time misdemeanor for possession of a prescription drug to aid sleep, which has been prescribed by his doctor in the past.  When people are down to a few pills, they may be in a pill box, with no written prescription.

Had they completed the scam, after being sentenced in Estela Chavez-Vasquez's court they were to go back to Gabby Garcia's court wherein Javier Lozano would ask to drop the criminal charges as part of a plea bargain in Estela's court.

Here is the problem, John Doe has heard Gabby Garcia repeatedly tell defendants she was free to reject a plea bargain.  John Doe asked me if he could withdraw his guilty plea on the prescription possession case, if Gabby Garcia rejected the plea bargain.  I said no.  She can still order your case to trial while you sit in jail for a year on the misdemeanor charge.

It was after the scam was developed, that Lawrence Rabb emailed John Doe and threatened him with a harassment charge if he communicated with him again.  Rabb took John Doe to the back and tried to execute on the scam. 

Gabby Garcia ordered John Doe to communicate with Rabb.  John Doe asked for an appointment to go over the case.  Rabb said no in writing and threatened him with harassment. 

According to Gabby Garcia this is John Doe refusing to cooperate.

NOTHING BUT CHOICE PREVENTS RABB AND SOROLA FROM FILING A MOTION TO QUASH THE INDICTMENT

Do not forget the Magistrate Judge dismissed the case for lack of probable cause.  There is no admissible evidence of anything.

The allegations by the sheriff's deputies do not match the indictment.  There is no crime. We will see if the new sheriff will address this matter.  

GABBY GARCIA IS USING YOUR TAX DOLLARS TO PAY 4 COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEYS TO DEFEND HER CONDUCT AND THAT OF DA SAENZ 

The husband-and-wife team of Lawrence Rabb and Korina Barraza were appointed without using Pretrial Release.  Pretrial release knows what happened and along with Ben Uresti are okay with the taxpayers being defrauded.

Does Lawrence Rabb need his wife to oversee his work and correct it?  No.  It is a con on the taxpayers to protect Gabby Garcia and Louis Sorola.

How does this one case need Albert Rodriguez, Louis Sorola, Rabb and Barraza as counsel?  The case was dismissed by the Magistrate Judge for want of probable cause. There is a material eyewitness there was no crime.
