THE NEXT FEW DAYS WILL BE USED TO PREPARE FOR THE FINAL SHOWDOWN WITH SAENZ

I do not want this; I want to head out to North Carolina.  Everyone needs to be left alone to think about their lives.  Saenz wants a blood bath. I do not.  I just want to disappear and finish my retirement the way I intended.

So, unless there is a breaking story, I will be mostly down. I am waiting on a court of appeals decision which could change everything fast.  The court of appeals is working overtime to finish as many opinions as possible before January 1, 2025, when there will be a very different court of appeals.
