Let's put this into context: This is not a private community.  In a private community the residents have a duty to maintain the roads and services.

BEVERLY HILLS AND HOLLYWOOD

I do not know if it is still true, but for decades people would buy maps to the Stars' homes.  There were no keeping tourists from driving by their homes and looking in hopes to see a star.

This is the same issue with Starbase.  People are curious and hope to see something.  I do not know what they hope they will see, but people are people.

I am empathetic to the people of Starbase on this issue, but we cannot have areas closing off non-residential traffic because people want more privacy.

I accept it will be problematic to charge the city of Starbase with a crime.  Saenz has shown an interest in acting against Starbase.  If he does, he will earn a lot of brownie points among the people of Cameron County. Let's hope he enforces the law as a matter of principle.

If Hollywood stars have to put up with people driving past their homes, then the employees can deal with tourists driving past their homes. 

 

SUPREME COURT BRINGS LOSSES AND WINS FOR DIFFERENT PARTIES: LUIS SAENZ BEING THE BIGGEST LOSER, ALONG WITH TRUMP ON BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP

LUIS SAENZ SUFFERS MAJOR LOSS AT SUPREME COURT

On Luis Saenz in a case against his office, Guterrez v. Saenz, the Supreme Court opened the door to make it easier for criminal defendants to sue him for violating their civil rights.  Lawyers who practice in this area will see this as a major victory for criminal defendants.  In the case of Saenz because in the John Doe case I warned him there was no case well before any indictment his immunity is only qualified.  On the issue of an injunction to stop his malicious prosecution of John Doe his has no immunity.  Under the civil rights law John Doe can obtain an emergency injunction.

The case actually came down yesterday, but I have a life and sometimes I just give myself a break.  Also, there was nothing on the Supreme Court calendar yesterday to indicate they were going to issue any rulings. 

In consulting with John Doe's family, they still want this to end now.  Only Saenz can end this mess today.

TRUMP LOSES ON BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP WHILE THE SUPREME COURT MAKES A MESS OF NATIONAL INJUNCTIONS

I had hoped the Supreme Court would limit national injunctions to constitutional questions, but they did not.  Trump lost on the birthright issue.  The Court left no doubt the injunctions against taking action against anyone who has sued remains in place.  But then they said to the extent the injunction applies to people who have not sued the injunction falls.

What the Supreme Court has in fact done is ensure federal courts will be flooded with thousands upon thousands of new lawsuits.   This is what happens when politics play into the decision.

So now every person born in the US to undocumented parents can sue and get an injunction against Trump.  The trial judges will look to today's opinion and issue the injunctions.  Maybe the trial judges will be smart and generate a form order to issue with each lawsuit.

THE COURT SHOULD HAVE ALLOWED NATIONAL INJUNCTIONS ON CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES

On a general federal law, a national injunction does not work.  The law, especially criminal laws, may only apply to a handful of people.  There is no reason to go beyond the individual defendant.  But an Executive Order, which is unconstitutional is a legal nullity.  It does not serve our Republic to allow an Executive Order which the lower courts find to be unconstitutional to have to be litigated judicial district by judicial district.  Such a policy offends the Republic and ensures the most wasteful use of our resources.  Trump gets nothing from this opinion except forcing civil rights organization to file thousands and thousands of lawsuits. 

TRUMP DOES GET ONE THING

Jane Doe files a lawsuit saying she was born in the US to undocumented parents and is entitled to protection.  the trial court will agree.  But now ICE knows Jane Doe's parents are undocumented and may search them out. I believe this is what Trump has wanted all along.

But I say let civil rights groups file thousands of lawsuits within the next month and let the stupidity of not allowing for national injunctions of constitutional issues fall where it may.

 DEMOCRATS GO PROGRESSIVE IN NYC MAYOR PRIMARY. WILL INDEPENDENT AND REPUBLICAN JEWS GIVE THE GENERAL ELECTION TO A REPUBLICAN?

Former Mayor Eric Adams, who Trump the Trump Justice Department dismissed criminal charges against, is running as an independent.  He has no shot.  Then there is the consummate candidate Curtis Sliwa running as a Republican. He is strong on Israel but not liked by progressives.  The progressive Jews will not vote for him.  He is a talk show host.  He is not a prime-time player.

The Progressive candidate in the Democratic NYC primary takes a clear lead.  He is disfavored by many independent Jewish groups, and the significant Jewish Republican groups.  If the election is thrown to the Republican in the general election, it could fracture NYC politics.

The election is not over.  NYC has one of those systems wherein starting with the bottom earner his/her votes are reallocated to the top three candidates. This continues one candidate at a time until someone has 50% + 1.  I will not even pretend to understand the reallocation process.  But for now, the Progressive candidate has a meaningful lead with 90% of the vote counted.

Cameron County should watch carefully.  It may be time for a new Democratic Party Progressive wing to take over from Gilberto Hinojosa and his puppets. 

HOW RANK-CHOICE VOTING WORKS

It will begin with the candidate receiving the least number of votes.  The voters were given the option to choose their second candidate up to 5 candidates.  They are not required to choose a second or third or so on candidate.

The remaining candidates will receive the second candidate voted for.  If no candidate receives 50% in the next round again the new bottom candidate has their votes reallocated based on who the voters chose as their third candidate. This continues until someone has 50%

Key to this system is, theoretically the top candidate could lose the election if enough people voted for the second-place candidate as their alternative. Cuomo has already called Mamdani, but that does not mean he has conceded the race.  CNN is claiming Cuomo conceded the race, but I read his statement wherein he says he needs to see the final numbers.

I believe locally homes worth more than a $1 million dollars should have a special assessment for putting a higher burden on the system. I have always been a user tax person.  I do not mind paying the extra taxes on my plane ticket.  Why should someone who will never fly have to support the airport?  This should be largely on the users.  Obviously, the city has an interest in the airport and should support it, but I and other users should have to pay extra taxes though tickets to support the operation of the airport. 

 

TEXAS SUPREME COURT OPENS DOOR TO NON-LAWYERS REPRESENTING INDIGENT PRO SE. 

The criminal case of John Doe has a sister civil case with the key issue being the right of the disabled party to designate an ADA advocate to speak for them in court.

The Texas Supreme Court granted time for John Doe to file his Petition for Review based on me, his ADA advocate, having been sick and needing time to finalize the Petition.

Key excerpt from the Motion, which was granted. "Petitioner’s is Pro Se, and disabled indigent on SSI. An issue in this case, and an issue the new Chief Justice has expressed interest in, is, must the courts recognize an American with Disabilities designated advocate who aides the disabled Petitioner in court. The revered Judge Posner in writing for the federal court of appeals found a petitioner can sue state courts for refusing to allow for the ADA advocate to aid in litigation.  See, in Reed v. State of Illinois, No.14-1745 (7th Cir Ct Appeals, 2015)"

"During this period leading up to today, Petitioner’s advocate spend 5 weeks in the hospital hooked up to a double IV for antibiotic resistance.  He then spent 9 weeks doing the same as an outpatient.  He then did 4 more weeks taking oral antibiotics ... ."

The court agreed to the extra 30 days based on me having been sick.  This is now the law as to John Doe.  It would be extraordinary for the 13th Court of Appeals to not accept a ruling which in effect reversed them in the civil case.

Based on the Ruling Judge Gabby Garcia has clearly repeatedly violated the law under the ADA.

Why I am confident we will win in the Texas Supreme Court, assuming I get things filed on time.  The same issues will be litigated in federal court in Austin.  AG Ken Paxton will know about the Petition before the Supreme Court.  In federal court he will rightfully ask for a stay pending a ruling from the Texas Supreme Court.  This will mean Paxton will chime in for the Texas Supreme Court to comply with federal law so as to make the federal lawsuit moot.

The criminal case never should have ever been brought.  Saenz can still get out of it by asking Judge Gabby Garcia to grant the Motion to Withdraw the Plea Bargain, and then dismissing both criminal cases in the interest of justice.

No one more than me wants to put all this folder aware for every - 10 year or so.  I can then get back to reading.  Right now, my primary interest is reading ancient history.  

I love my backyard swing bench especially when there is a Gulf breeze.  I take in the breeze while drinking a nice hot cup of coffee.

But I will meet Saenz move for move and he will lose, or we both close this case out.

Monday after a quick morning doctor's appointment I will ask the court of appeals to hold Gabby Garcia in contempt for non-compliance with their order and defrauding them by appointing Lawrence Rabb knowing full well Rabb and his wife's conduct are part of the appeal.

I am also seeking contempt of court against the adult probation officer assigned to this case. Someone in the county's legal department has told her she can go outside the terms set out by the court and then destroy drug test results. This is not the law.  The county will pay for their decision to join Saenz in this nightmare.  Pretrial release is also referenced in the civil RICO and § 1983 case, which is finally nearly complete. 

IF THE GRANTING OF ME TO PREPARE THE BRIEF HOLDS, IT WILL OPEN THE DOOR TO 1000'S OF DISABLED PERSONS BEING ABLE TO USE NON-LAWYERS TO ADVOCATE FOR THEM IN COURT

GILBERTO HINOJOSA AND TREY MARTINEZ TO OPPOSE THIS WIN FOR THE DISABLED

Gilberto Hinojosa has always been a self-serving nobody running under the Democratic label because it served his agenda.  I am confident as the day is long, when the time comes, I can prove Gilberto Hinojosa has been the head of the snake in this nightmare along with Luis Saenz.  Trey Martinez was hired to execute on the conspiracy. 

Come Dream Come Build could lose all its federal and state funding for arguing against the rights of disabled persons under the ADA.  They never expected it to get this far, but it has.  

None of the bad players could have imagined I would spend nearly three years of my life working for free to secure justice.  It is because these players as lawyers never took their oath seriously.

Gilberto Hinojosa is fine putting his wife in a position of defending his conduct while running for reelection as a JP.  Will Gilberto defend her in the removal action?  Yes, JP's like Cindi Hinojosa, Chuy Garcia, Mary Esther Sorola and Linda Salazar are all subject to removal under the statute.  

I can prove they conspired to ignore the law to give the civil case to Chuy Garcia, who agreed to do Gilberto Hinojosa's dirty work to settle the score with me after I went public about how Cindy, his wife took, contractor money for her JP campaign at the same time she was awarding contracts to contractors to build Casitas Lantana.

I can prove the law required JP Salazar to give the case to Cindy wherein she would have to reject it and then give it to Mary Esther Sorola, who would reject it to give it to Chuy Garcia.  The problem is, rather than go on record of rejecting the case, they just ignored the law and gave it to Chuy Garcia.

I can now prove Chuy Garcia is running an illegal campaign for the 197th Judicial District Court.  My case is solid. Chuy refused to resign as a JP first.  He will be telling the Commission on Judicial Conduct and Texas Ethics Commission my evidence is conclusory [laughing because I am not sure he knows that rule] to then have to explain how I was all wrong when he formally announces without having to first resign as a JP.  He actually believes they will find it a coincidence.

 Saenz and Hinojosa could have ended this a long time ago, but now it may be too late.

There is no telling what is next. The Iranian people [Persians] are a resilient and honorable people. You need to remember the history and not forget we imposed the Shah of Iran on the Iranian people. We need to stop meddling in other countries affairs.

Iran has a choice, announce a 24 hour cease fire on Israel to see if Israel stops their bombing. If Israel persists, then Israel is clearly the problem.

The nuclear threat is dead. Israel's main cause for war is gone. Israel by continuing this war will only look worse than they already look among world leaders.

Israel needs to reserve the right to destroy all Iranian weapon's systems if they continue to supply Israel's enemies.

 SPACEX EXPLOSION, THE REST OF THE STORY

First let me say, I did not know about this until this afternoon.  When I read the story sitting at the doctor's [mostly good news for now - waiting for more testing] I read the article.

Now I know why about 11 p.m. last night I thought something ran into one of my French doors causing a huge bang.  Sam jumped from the couch and got under my nightstand shaking.  He heard the explosion.

It was Brigham Young U., which did the study which found with each explosion, and each launch my windows, and doors will slowly become lose.

I will be keeping an eye on the structural integrity of my windows and doors. 

THE REST OF THE STORY

We have a new area with environmental damage.  The test area is off sight from the main launch area. "Massey’s, formerly a shooting range, is off SH 4 roughly 4.7 miles southwest of the Starbase main production complex and 6.7 miles from the company’s launch site at Boca Chica Beach."

We can be assured, there will be no investigation as to the environmental damage. 

 GABBY GARCIA POISED TO FIND JOHN DOE NOT INDIGENT AFTER THE TEXAS SUPREME COURT FOUND HIM INDIGENT ON JUNE 18, 2025

UPDATE:

With a completely different attitude, Judge Gabby Garcia moved directly to approving John Doe's indigence, using the federal documents proving indigence as a matter of law, as filed by John Doe.

She was also ordered to appoint an appellate attorney.  This is where she lost control again.  She appointed Lawrence Rabb, a trial attorney in the case who he and his wife have been accused of conspiring against John Doe.  

Lawrence Rabb's only choice is to refuse the appointment, but with a motion pursuant to Texas Rule of Professional Conduct 6.01.  This allows for a hearing on Rabb's unethical conduct.  Yep, this issue will play around in the court of appeals and federal court for some time.

Also of note, someone gave Irma Gilman a case which was highlighted.  She tried to hand it to Judge Garcia during the hearing, and Judge Garcia refused it, to her credit.  The question is was the highlighted case given to Irma Gilman by her husband the ADA in the court, Peter Gilman.   It will be part of the record for the court of appeals.

The court of appeals ordered her to verify John Doe's indigence, which as a matter of law as a recipient of SSI is indigent.  This is why today the Texas Supreme Court found him to be indigent.

In making the order to Gabby Garcia, the COA ignored.

“B. Eligibility for Appointment

i. An accused is presumed indigent if any of the following conditions or factors are present:

1. At the time of requesting appointed counsel, the accused or accused’s dependents are eligible to receive food stamps, Medicaid, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, Supplemental Security Income, or public housing;”

They had the award letter of SSI and proof of indigence in the trial court.  They were simply to proceed as indigent, but are relying on Gabby Garcia to ignore the law, as she does so well.

John Doe's parents have asked I complete the final criminal complaint to include Irma Gilman for what is now the third time of scheduling a hearing without notice to John Doe.

There are two federal court of appeals cases, which deal with this where in two federal judges were removed from their respective cases.

CHIEF JUSTICE BLACKLOCK'S PROPOSED JUDICIAL REFORM

The new Texas Supreme Court Chief Justice goes after judges like Gabby Garcia.  He sees such judges as obstacles to better wages for the judiciary. 

In terms of Gabby Garcia, the court of appeals has ordered her to appoint John Doe a new attorney. While this is good for John Doe, it verifies the court of appeals is not paying attention.  No attorney appointed by Gabby Garcia is going to argue John Doe should be allowed to withdraw his Plea Bargain based on fraud.

The motion to withdraw the plea bargain is denied as a matter of law after 75-days and is appealable.  Further until further order of the court the case is stayed other than Gabby Garcia complying with their order. 

Adult probation is out of control.  The case law is clear Adult Probation cannot order drug testing unless authorized by the court.  It is a § 1983 violation as a violation of the 4th Amendment.  Further the immediate destruction of the test results is a clear constitutional violation.  

Things are so bad, the court of appeals allowed Bobby Lerma to file a letter telling them John Doe should not be allowed to appeal Bobby Lerma's ineffective assistance of counsel.  He filed it ex parte.  We only know about it because they referenced the ex parte letter in an order.  This is the level of desperation of the Gabby Garcia criminal enterprise.  

In his speech I love when he says he does not want to hear from lawyers on how the reforms will hurt their bottom line. He understands making law very predictable, actually saves everyone money, and eats into the profits of lawyers. 

"Instead of holding down the salaries of 98% of our judges because 2% of them aren’t doing their job, we should use the power the Constitution gives us to make the 2% find another job—and we should pay all our judges a salary that is commensurate with the extraordinary responsibility our Constitution asks them to bear.

Now, I totally disagree with the 2%.  It is more like 50%.  I have long supported pay raises based on the following conditions:

We increase the number of years needed in practice before you can be a judge.

I support a system where judges are appointed by a nonpartisan committee, with a retention election every 4-6 years depending on the position.

As part of this I support a commission which creates a competency test along with credentials which then assign points to each candidate.

The commission would recommend the top 3 candidates for each position at the trial level, 4 top candidates for the court of appeals and 5 top candidates for the Texas Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeals.  Based solely on the qualifications of the candidate, without reference to political party, gender, race or any variable other than qualifications, a committee formed by the governor would choose the candidate. When it comes to the retention election, their record must be published for consideration by the people.  If they receive 60% of the vote, I would double the time of the next term. 

No political party affiliation should be used in a retention election.  Further, I would make it an ethics violation for any judicial candidate to make known their political party affiliation and in fact a basis for disqualification. In terms of the initial appointment, I would make recommendation by supporters to the governor to be an ethics violation. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

I would call a special session to start the process.  If you want an appointment to a county court, you should have to complete 30 hours of judicial studies.  For district court you should have to complete 45 hours of judicial study. For an appellate court you should have to complete 60 hours of judicial studies focused on appeals.  Finally for the Texas Supreme Court or Court of Criminal Appeals you have to complete 90 hours of judicial studies.

Sitting judges would have 2, 4, and 6 years to comply, respectively.  If they fail to comply, they will be removed from the bench and replaced by a qualified candidate.  Their grades in these mandated courses will be assigned points as part of their qualification application.

For the above I would raise judicial salaries to make us number 5 in the country instead of number 48.  The pay raises would only apply to appointed judges

Judge Gabby Garcia is so clueless as to the law or juridical methodology I highly doubt she would be able to complete the additional training needed to qualify as a judge.

She really has no idea what is coming her way.  She is so dependent on the corruption of the likes of Gilberto Hinojosa, and the court of appeals.

 WHO WILL PAY TO CLEAN UP AND REBUILD ISRAEL? THE US TAXPAYER

The primary problem with Israel is, we must insure it survives.  But let there be no mistake, Israel is losing support from major democracies all over the world. 

Iran cannot be allowed to have a nuclear weapon.  This is a reality which benefits the world, not just Israel.

But Israel needs to learn to pay its own bills.  A lot poorer countries around the word have lost most of the US Aid.  Funds which feed dying children.  Funds which provide basic vaccinations.  Meanwhile we are expected to pay to rebuild Israel once the war is over, a war which will never be over.

How do we diplomatically attack Iran's ally Russia for bombing Ukraine, and then say AOK when Israel attacks Iran?  Yes, I get it.  Iran cannot be allowed to have a nuclear bomb.

I remain baffled every day how easy it is for supporters of Hamas and other terrorist groups to move money around and import weapons into areas controlled by Israel.  Their key leaders live a lavish life.  If we cannot control the movement of military weapons into countries which want Israel destroyed, then the war will never end.  The suffering will continue. 

 TRUMPS BIG B-DAY FLOPS UNDER THE BOMBS IN ISRAEL AND ASSASSINATIONS IN MINNESOTA

Today was so un-Trump.  His endless grievances were silent as he had to deal with Israel.  His intelligence services were in his ear all day.  Privately he had to have been livid his day was taken by Israel, the assassinations in MN, and the No Kings protests.  The Republicans will never admit to it, but from a political concern point of view, the protests did not bode well for the Republicans in 2026.  But for the record, if Trump remains the resilient president, today was a small bump in the road for trump.

The military brass on Friday while at Camp David warned Trump to not try anything.  Our military brass is the best and most loyal to our Republic in the world. They have no choice but to go along with most of Trump's nonsense, but when it comes to compromising the Republic Trump now knows they will say no.  he played his card and lost.

Major news organizations were after the military for their lack of vocal clarification of what was and was not permissible at the parade.

I am not a fan of the press, but from what I saw the press was doing its best to show off the DEI of our troops and their readiness. For the most part Trump was ignored until he was given the meaningless perfunctory flag. 

THE RULE WHICH YOU LEARN IF YOU STUDY JURIDICAL METHODOLOGY OF GOVERNANCE.

The best textbook for this is, "The Iran Contra Affair," published by the US government. There are no rules when it comes to national security, or the interests of the Republic.  When it comes to the Republic, our proven and loyal military brass decide what is best. 

Here is a good rule, when you know the government is about to go rogue, you publish the claims and the parties, so they can profess their innocence when the rogue event does not happen. This is basic disinformation in the event it is true, so you can stop it.

Our military brass put Trump on notice that any act against the Republic would be dealt with. The protesters did their part by keeping the agitators away.  Without the agitators Trump could not be provoked.

It is never good when a fool plays his cards.  A large percentage of Republican Senators found any excuse possible to leave Washington.  They feared a fiasco, and did not want to be associated with Trump.

Israel took the celebration away from Trump.  His cabinet had him on hold all day to be briefed on the Israeli/Iran war.

The nation woke up in shock over the assassination of a prominent Democrat, and attempted assassination of another.  This is not an election in Mexico.  This was a major failure by the FBI.  Again, they missed a well-planned assassination scheme. How many times must our high-profile elected officials be subject to an assassination attempt before Congress demand answers from the FBI?

 OVERNIGHT A MINNISOTA STATE REP. AND HER HUSBAND WERE ASSASSINATED; ANOTHER AND HIS WIFE WERE WOUNDED AND ARE NOW OUT OF SURGERY

UPDATE:

 It is being reported, Vance Boelter, the alleged shooter is tied to the "No Kings Movement." Other news services are merely reporting the term "No Kings" was written on a piece of paper.  That is not enough to make a finding.  I am not buying it.  Why target two Democrats, and kill one, if you are part of the "No Kings?" movement.  There is more to this story, and we need to reserve judgment, for now.

It is sad some in the news media are rushing to headline making conclusions. 

NEW UPDATE:  Boelter's sometimes roommate, whose home was raided by law enforcement today said the following:  "Carlson said Boelter was a conservative who voted for President Donald Trump and was strongly against abortion rights."  Again, the press proved itself worthless.  A rush to make headlines is not news.

You must know the assassinated couple are Democrats and the couple in the hospital are Democrats. 

The MAGA people want terror.  They have to be part of the agitators causing so much chaos.  We defend our speech and Republic by staying away from the terrorist agitators, no matter their political party affiliation. 

Trump has responded with, such violence will not be tolerated. 

TRUMP called all the MAGA terrorists on January 6, 2021.  These terrorists are now our neighbors in fear of nothing since there will be no accountability.  As we all know Trump pardoned people who attacked law enforcement and then authorized the government to pay damages to the family of a woman breaking into the capital on January 6th.

So today Trump will have his parade with the major news story is Israel/Iran, and the manhunt in Minnesota. 

Israel has promised to continue its bombing of Iran so long as Iran fires into Israel. 

This all around is a very sad day in history.

 

KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE WHITE HOUSE AND NOT ISRAEL

Trump must be quietly mad that the news cycle will continue to be Israel/Iran, on the day of his military parade.  

Our danger is in Washington, and local response to the protesting.  My last big march was the Anti-Bork rally in Dallas titled, "One Justice from an Injustice."  It was a different time.

Guys I do not know locally, but at many of the larger protests there will be agitators.  If you see one, move you and your group away from the agitator.  If you see a clear act of violence, get the attention of law enforcement.

The agitators want to take away your right to protest.  They know the more trouble they cause, the more difficult it will be getting out your valid message.

It would not surprise me if some rogue MAGA group is paying agitators to shut down our valid dissent.

I am mostly afraid how Trump will respond to protesters at his parade.  Round one, he used MAGA fanatics to attack the capital.  In round 2 will he use our military to defend the capital.  If he does, our military will become fractured and weakened. 

L.A . COUNTY DA ANNOUNCES AGGRESSIVE STANCE TO PROSECUTE THOSE ATTACKING LAW ENFORCEMENT

This should be an immediate given.  You can hate the Trump policies, but you must support protecting our law enforcement.

The DA has announced a special prosecutor along with a team to review hundreds of hours of videos to identify those attacking law enforcement.

I commend this action.   If the video shows an agitator attacking the officers, I say prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.

Trump promises a heavy force response to any protests against his military parade in front of the White House.  Where are the Democrats?  They are waiting to use the rioting to their advantage.  The Democrats are sick.

"President Donald Trump warned that any protests during this weekend's major military parade in Washington will be met with “very heavy force.”

“If there's any protester who wants to come out, they will be met with very big force,” the president said Tuesday during an impromptu Oval Office press conference. “I haven't even heard about a protest, but [there are] people that hate our country.”

Today Trump did meet with military personnel in advance of the parade.

There are 700 Marines being dispatched to LA to guard federal buildings and employees.  To Latinos this is reminiscent of the Marines occupying Central American and several Caribbean nations. 

People remember the invasion of Grenada to protect U.S. Americans.  This is how it is done.  Marine occupation is the origin of the term "TioSamismo."  It is a feeling we all understand.

I am not into crazy conspiracy theories, but Trump is not worried about 2026, because he intends to be in total control of our government before then.

It will not take much for Trump or order all the military troops in DC for his birthday to defend the capital as he declares martial law.  LA is definitely a pretext.  He is moving the Marines in to protect federal property and employees. 

Trump is fully prepared to order the military personnel entering DC for his B-Day, to defend the capital from agitators.  We need to keep the agitators out.

The worthless Democrats continue to do nothing.  The nation should have been organized months ago.  The Democrats keep on saying they will end it in 2026.  The polling shows no matter how terrible Trump is, the people still prefer him over the Democrats.  It blows my mind Trump has been in office a bit more than a 100 days and it seems like a lifetime.  2026 seems so far, far away. 

Democrats are actually complaining Trump is bad for ending use of Food Stamps for soda and chips. They are actually claiming the practice is discriminatory.  You know how mad such nonsense makes people?

The Democrats cannot use the words fraud, waste or inefficiency.  This is what the people care about.

The Democrats are not talking about real inflation.  The credit card I use for the household has gone from about $1,300, in charges, to nearly $3,000. My retirement still covers the bills, but things are getting tight, and I am having to use the reserve I saved for years.  I am still fully funded into my 80's, but after that, hopefully the equity from my home will fund a nice condo. 

Guys, the Democrats are in full surrender.

UPDATE: IMPACT ON SOUTHMOST

A number of businesses contacted me to chime in that City Commissioner Bryan Martinez is dead silent about the impact ICE is having on Southmost businesses.  It is just not employment.  The undocumented workers are moving elsewhere thereby impacting family businesses.  Long term stores are under pressure to close due to a lack of business.  

With Republican Roy de Los Santos advising Bryan I do not expect Bryan to speak up anytime soon for the small businesses ready to go under.  He is not going to attack the Trump administration.   I am hearing in desperate conversations; business owners are in fear family businesses going on 50 years will go under. 

Side notes on me.  You will never find me at some politico function.  You will not find me in the bars.  I live for the life in the trenches where you find the people.  If you are not in the trenches with the people you are just part of the problem. 

WHERE IS JOHN COWEN ON DEFENDING SOUTHMOST FROM ICE?  NOWHERE

I get it, these workers are not legal in terms of paper.  But we are cutting off our noses to spite our faces.  I have spoken with numerous people who work in the construction supply chain, and deliveries are way down.  People who are born in the US are getting ready to lose their jobs because of these immigration policies.  I have no problem deporting violent criminals.  But I also know within days they will be back across the river, committing crimes. 

I have verified delivery of construction materials are down.  The builders do not have workers.  Most worker are in hiding or trying to go north now that Brownsville and Cameron County are a risk for them.   These are resilient people.  They did not get here without being resilient. 

Brownsville and Cameron County have so many construction projects under way.  This could be an economic disaster without workers.

THE LIES BY THE HATERS WILL ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE

I work with a lot of people on SSI.  Every year I have to go with them to the SSA in Brownsville to sign an affidavit they are not working at 7-9 companies all over the country, while living in Brownsville.  I see the numbers.  Any given month these undocumented workers pay more into SS than SS pays in SSI payments to the victim of the ID theft.  These undocumented workers are paying 100% of the SSI for disabled US Americans.

The Republicans know this. So why deny SS these payments.  The goal is for SS to not be able to fund itself so the Republicans can privatize it.  

 

TRUMP SAYS MUSK IS A "BIG TIME DRUG ADDICT":  IS HE DRUGGING HIMSELF INTO BANKRUPTCY?

If you believe the reports, Trump knew this in April.  I suspect it was someone working for Trump who leaked the story to the NYT.  Evey DOGE loss in the courts will now be placed on Musk.   I love no one will investigate whether Trump hid this truth from the public.

In 23 years, I will be 100.  I will not see us living on Mars.  This is a mission without a source of income to finance it.  Maybe as Musk collapses people will see the folly in the Mars mission.  He can no longer try and manipulate the US to fund his Mars folly.  It is time we end it.  

Musk's threat to decommission the only system caring our astronauts to and from the ISS, was a direct threat to our national security.  If Musk stays with SpaceX, the US must move to another provider for spacecraft.  There is no walking back from a threat to compromise our national security. 

We need to invest in exploration of our oceans.  We need to find a way to feed a planet running out of farmland.  We need to find viable alternative fuels to replace fossil fuels.

How about instead of giving money to Musk, we invest in our planet.

This is not an earth bacterium which got transported to the Chinese Space Station.  It is a morphed bacterium using space and one from earth.  For now, it appears harmless, but will the next one be harmless?  We have no idea how it will react if released into the earth system.  Space may be holding it at bay.

For my generation this issue of space bacterium is real.  The reason the original "Night of the Walking Dead" was so real, it was in part based in fact.  Back then the astronauts were isolated upon return until we knew for sure they did not bring a virus or bacteria back to earth.  The premise in the Walking Dead is they did bring back a virus which reanimated the dead.  Why we knew the moving was fiction, the science behind a space virus was real.

MUSK EV CARS ARE TAKING A HIT

Musk may be about to lose his billions in EV cars.  Tesla is not doing well, and the big secret is out.  I have never been an investor in EV cars, so I am not subject to the losses.  I have always considered EV as a shining object folly.  Given this week's news on Musk and the difficulty in transporting EV cars, I do not see big investors moving to shore up Tesla.

In the Pacific there is a ship with 3000 vehicles, now abandoned, after lithium batteries in the EV cars caught fire.  It blows my mind they were able to insure the cars knowing there is no effective means to put out a fire caused by lithium batteries.

EV cars are not green.  They are an environmental disaster.  Geopolitics has been turned upside down as countries with large lithium deposits are turning their landscapes, to include World Heritage Sites, into mining fields for lithium.  The NASCA Lines are now under threat as mining permits are granted. 

TSA is now banning lithium batteries from checked baggage.  If they catch fire in the cargo hold, the plane is going down.  It will only take one cabin fire from a lithium battery before lithium batteries are banned from all public transportation. Anything with lithium batteries is a bad investment.

If it were not for Trump Derangement Syndrome, there would be a lot of graphics depicting this KO.  They just cannot give Trump the win. 

Look, I will never stand with Trump, but if I am going to be controlled by Trump Derangement Syndrome, I cannot be an analyst.

People are so tired of both the Democrats and Republicans.  In Republican Kentucky, more and more people are moving from Republican to unaffiliated. San Antonio last night saw a Greg Abbott Republican defeated in the mayor's race.  People are no longer voting a straight ticket, in general.  This paragraph just demonstrates the nation is no longer locked into one Party.  We are looking at facts. 

THE POINTS TRUMP LINED UP IN THE KO

Ronald Reagan was the Teflon President; Donald J. Trump is the Resilient President.  During the election Trump endlessly did things which should have cost him the election.   At about April 2024, Trump had won the election.  He was not merely Teflon, but Resilient.  Kamala Harris got none of the bumps expected during a campaign.  The poll numbers basically stayed the same, no matter how crazy Trump had become. 

POINTS

1.    Trump has a multitrillion dollar fund backing him; this makes Musk appear to be fighting with a petty cash account.

2.    Trump has the largest and most powerful regulatory system in the world to back his whims; Musk has the prayer the Supreme Court will back him.  That is a prayer I would not bank on.

3.    Musk is deleting his childish posts; Trump is pushing hard by claiming Musk is an out-of-control drug addict. 

4.    The disclosure of the physical fight between Musk and one of Trump's cabinet members left Musk looking unhinged.  This plays on Musk's competency as a CEO.

5.    Along the line of 4, Musk threatened and then rescinded his threat he would decommission the rocket which takes astronauts to and from the International Space Station.  As a nation we cannot rely on the whims of Musk when it comes to Space Travel.  Trump's TACO whims while causing chaos in the financial markets and geopolitics, are manageable.

 AN ELECTION WITH NO HOPE FOR A BETTER FUTURE

This election for me is a base model of where we are at in terms of the blind female vote, and money. I can find no evidence both female candidates ran viable campaigns.

I was not shocked to see Nurith did not respond to Roy's mailer.  It was not due to a lack of money, so it had to have been a lack of will.  She abandoned her campaign against Commissioner Bryan Martinez.  Does she run to fill a space so no one else will run? No one needs to fear Nurith.  She is not serious about holding public office.  If she wins, I do not expect much from her. 

Daisy Zamora could not overcome her blatant lie she tied with Pedro Cardinas in round one.  If Nurith or Daisy win it tells me the blind female vote remains strong.  This would not be a good thing.  But then I think, Cameron County voted for a man, Donald Trump, over a woman, Kamala Harris.  This election could see the end of the blind female vote in races where both candidates can fund their campaign.

I expect the early vote to post by 7:15 or so.  The BV will post the results.  An election is about more than a result; it is about using the data to build an analytical model for future elections.

WHAT DID WE LEARN?

Other than the winners, nothing.

The undervote in the At Large race tells me I was not the only one unhappy with the choices and voted a blank ballot.

Yes, Roy came out swinging, but way too late.  We have no way of knowing if coming out swinging can flip an election.  It is never safe when a male candidate attacks a female candidate.  Women do not like this, so you better be effective and early with the swing.

A note to candidates:  Do not expect voters to go to their computer to check your claims. 

Daisy was in trouble the day she lied about having tied in round one.  That was a pretty blatant lie which told us a lot about her character.  Had I been allowed to vote in District 4, I would have voted for Pedro Cardenas.
