Breeze is already in Brownsville.  A connection to San Antonio is not only good for Brownsville, but you will be able to connect to Memphis, Raleigh, NC, and Pensacola, Fl., in San Antonio.

On the flip side, residents in San Antonio would be able to connect to Orlando via Brownsville.

This takes vision.  So there we are, since vision is not part of leadership in Brownsville, any hopes for this will fly away in the breeze.

If I could fly to SA I would never drive again.

 

TEXAS LONE STAR OWNER JORGE RENDON, WILL WALK OFF THE JOB AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY

I do not fear a defamation lawsuit, because the facts support this truth.

My readers know I am in a lawsuit with this less than honest businessperson.  It was not enough for him when Texas forced him to pay an $11,250 penalty for code violations in regard to my home.  He is mad and needs to punish me.

Where I am now is, settlement cannot be reached so long as I am asking Texas to suspend his license and in fact indict him for taking loan money he knew he was not entitled to and then walking off the job.

The facts on the loan money are easy.  His contract with FTL finance clearly says he cannot accept the loan money until he produces a signed contract between me and himself.  My texts and emails prove he refused to provide a contract.  By law he was not entitled to the loan money.  But he took it anyway.

He then decided to walk off the job before it was finished.  He chose to not address the code violations because Omar Ochoa with the city told him he did not have to comply with the violations.  Because he believed he could get away with this, the state punished him in the amount of $11,250.00.

According to the attorney being paid for by the bonding company Jorge Rendon wants to change his sworn to admissions with Texas that he violated the codes and caused me damages, to he did nothing wrong.  I cannot sign a settlement document which I know contains felony perjury.

When Jorge Rendon realized his carpenter turned my new AC into a fire hazard, he walked off the job.  He did not care about the code violations.  The most egregious violation was enclosing the new AC into a closet so small you cannot access the AC for repairs, or inspection.

This is the AC trapped in the closet installed by Jorge Rendon's staff.  The opening to the closet is so small you cannot replace the filter.  The AC cannot be accessed for inspection or repair.

This is the freon pipe installed by Jorge Rendon's staff.  See how the pipe joint is welded from two different sizes instead of using the correct size pipe.  The freon kept leaking, while my electric bill remained high. 

The closet is a fire hazard because the filter is not being cleaned or replaced.  

All of this wrongdoing is by Jorge Rendon.  To make matters worse the office manager's son fell through my kitchen ceiling.  The office manager assured me in writing she would address the repairs.  She did not.  Instead, Jorge Rendon ordered a really bad patch job done without refloating the kitchen ceiling.

Now pay attention, I can no longer settle this case, which means I get nothing, so long as I have both civil and criminal complaints filed against Jorge Rendon.  It is a very dangerous system when a contractor can take finance money in your name and then walk off the job.

We all know Saenz will never enforce the law.  So, I am having the matter handled in Austin and Missouri. FTL Finance is based in Missouri, so their AG can bring the criminal charges against both FTL and Texas Lone Star in Missouri.

People love to complain plaintiff's get a windfall in any settlement.  This is actually not true.

I just walked away from a $35k settlement offer because it was made in bad faith.

His lawyer hired by the bonding company ignored all my concerns with settlement and demand I sign a document enforcing Jorge Rendon's felony perjury.  It included 30 days to finish the settlement after I comply with other demands in other documents to which I had no right to review before being bound by the documents.  Really? how is that not bad faith.

Also, the law mandates the settlement be sent to FTL's counsel. The settlement as written would have made it a breach if I provided FTL the settlement document.

In 36 years, I have never seen such a bad faith settlement document.  In my opinion with Jorge Rendon's attorney missing every deadline and then submitting a document he knew I would never sign, they never intended to settle.  

Here is the deal.  I now get nothing.  I will get Jorge Rendon's license.  Whether or not he has to admit to criminal conduct by taking finance money he knew he was not entitled to will be a matter between him, and hopefully an attorney he chooses, and not the bonding company.

As people think Rendon is maybe a victim, remember it was Rendon who illegally took the finance funds, and then walked off the job.  He chose to ignore the code violations because Omar Ochoa told him he could.  The bonding company and his attorney as hired by the bonding company had nothing to do with his unethical conduct.

I prefer to protect the people of Brownsville from Jorge Rendon, then get a penny.

I have made it clear I will not ask for more than I agreed to settle for.  But I will not continue to work with the law firm hired by the bonding company. 

Any settlement will include a clause that the settlement will not impact the state and federal complaints and that I will be allowed to pursue the remedies.  If Jorge Rendon is smart enough to hire an independent attorney to deal with the bonding company and the attorney they hired, he may get away with probation and a temporarily suspended license.  He has a long hard battle ahead.

Jorge Rendon chose to be the person he is. He believes so long as the city and an attorney hired by the bonding company tell him he can ignore the law and abuse his customers, he will. 

I do not need the money.  But the people of Brownsville need to know they will not be cheated by the likes of Jorge Rendon.

Gina is nothing more than her daddy's puppet prepared to make shiny object promises she cannot deliver on.  Does anyone believe her daddy Gilberto Hinojosa will not be running the show?  

You do not rebuild the Democratic Party of Texas by running for governor.  You help raise money for all state house and state senate seats which you might be able to flip.  The power is in the legislature, not the governor's house.

Gina and her daddy Gilberto Hinojosa are taking limited resources for a long shot race, which should go to Democrats running for the state house and state senate.  If we can flip a few seats that will be a win in rebuilding the Texas Democratic Party.

We have several very difficult House races.  The Democrats need to fund these races, and not a dime for Gina Hinojosa.  She is selfish and for sure Gilberto Hinojosa's daughter. 

THE AUDIO WHICH COST JOEY LOPEZ THE ELECTION

My warning about Joey Lopez and Eddie Trevino before the election. "So long as we do not hold the likes of Joey Lopez accountable. the institutional corruption which keeps this county under a stranglehold, nothing will change."

When you lose by a handful of votes, a blog can make the difference.  My issue was something which impacted everyone equally.  It wasn't rumor.  It was not an implied fact.  

My issue was accountability,  

I am certain there were a lot of votes from people wanting to punish Joey for SpaceX.  

The winner in the Joey Lopez and Eddie ATrevino election are the people.  The people have proven when politicos cross the line, the people will hold them accountable. 

Using the Covid vaccine for their own personal political advantage is the type of matter which should cost any politico an election.

 

I WILL CONTINUE TO SPEAK OUT AGAINST THE LACK OF REFORM BEING URGED BY THE DEMOCRATS.  NO DEMOCRAT WILL HAVE MY SUPPORT UNTIL THE SPEAK TO CHANGE

THE ELECTION RESULTS SHOW THE PEOPLE WANTED CHANGE.  REFORM AND CHANGE WON THIS ELECTION

The reality it may be closer to 7:20 and 7:30. Remi Garza already knows the results of early and mail ballot. There is a process which must be met once the polls close.  Remi has no control over the process.  He must wait on certain people.

I considered posting my predictions, but the Betancourt and Gracia race changed things.  The institutional democrat is no longer a sure winner. 

We have well-funded candidates.  I voted for no one as a choice.  None of them stand for reform. If you do not stand for reform, you will not get my vote.

The odds are the establishment candidate will win in each race.  The opponents did nothing to show why we need change.  The blogs are worthless.  If you rely on a blog for how to vote, you are the problem.

WHY THE US SENATE RACE IS NOT A HOUSE RACE

The US Senate race is statewide.  Independents and Republican leaning conservative Democrats can change the US Senate.  While people are hurting the Republic controlled Senate was forced to push back against Trump nearly $3 billion dollar slush fund for things we do not need.  

On this issue the Republican Senate will have nothing to do with Trump.  The moderate Republicans and Independents can certainly flip the Senate to the Democrats.

But the House is a different story, except in swing districts.  The Republican base will move Trump's candidates forward.  It is a small electorate.  But come November in swing districts, moderate Republicans and Independents can swing the district to a Democrat.  I think this group may surprise the Republicans in all the new Republican districts as a result of the last-minute redistricting.  November is clearly toss-up. 

I AM READY TO CALL PAXTON THE WINNER

The danger to the Republicans is the MAGA voter decide this race.  But they do not hold the majority for a statewide race.  This will help the Democrats.

Look, no matter what I think about what SpaceX did to Boca Chica beach, it is here to stay.  A good sport can feel good for SpaceX. 

A side note I noticed.  Every time the announcer said anything related to the Gulf of Mexico, they simply said Gulf.  Not Gulf of America.  Read into that what you will.

 

TEXAS VIOLATED THE PRIVACY OF MY BALLOT

In terms of what happened, I am certain Remi Garza was in strict compliance with the law.

The act of going to the polls to vote, by itself speaks to my desire to vote.  How I vote is no one's business.  But now under Texas law it is everyone's business.

Political dissent has to be one of the most important things the First Amendment protects.

The man in front of me and myself both voted a blank ballot.  I know about the man in front of me because he took his ballot and went directly to the scanner where it is read.

I did not want people to know I voted a blank ballot, so I went to a booth, spent a minute or so and then proceeded to cast my ballot.

This is where Texas is clearly violating my right to a private ballot.  After the scanner accepted my ballot it would not register  the vote unless I verified I cast a blank ballot.

Casting a blank ballot is a very specific act of political dissent.  I am saying that the Establishment Plantation Democrats are not acceptable to me.  

Once the final election night numbers are out, you will see the Undercount numbers.  This means people who went to the polls, but did not actually vote for a person in any specific race.  

This is a message to the candidates, that they are not acceptable and we want something different. 

 

SUPREME COURT SEEKS TO BANKRUPT CUBA

It is extraordinary what they have done.  They have found that Cruise Lines which used a dock in Cuba confiscated by Cuba in 1959, must now compensate the original owner in excess of $400 million.

This is a dangerous path.  To the victor goes the spoils.  Donald Trump made the lawsuits possible during his first term in office.

The concept here says Palestinians can sue Israel and anyone who uses their confiscated land.  The concept is there, but not the law. 

Our country has no shame when it comes to Cuba.

 

SPURS DESTROY OKC THUNDER IN GAME ONE

The highlights are amazing.  It was a crushing defeat for OKC Thunder.  "In Game 1 of the Western Conference finals on Monday night, Wembanyama delivered a historic performance: 41 points, 24 rebounds and three blocks in 49 minutes."

Yes, Wembanyama was amazing, but all the players stepped up to make for a magnificent win.  Yes, 41 points win a game, but without the other players, buy itself it is not enough to win.

In watching the two overtimes, it reminded me of the amazing Mets of 69.

We shall see how Wednesday goes.  I am planning for a good cookout and company, if the weather holds.

 

IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO VOTE AGAINST THE CORRUPTION, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM

 

COUNTY JUDGE EDDIE TREVINO AND COMMISSIONER JOEY LOPEZ WILL NEVER APPOLOGIZE FOR ABUSE OF THEIR OFFICE WHEN IT CAME TIME TO DISTRIBUTE THE VACCINE FOR COVID 

The recording is valid.  Trevino, Lopez and all the then sitting members of the Commissions Court took 75 Covid vaccines each and used them for political purposes.  They were to be triaged to cancer patients, and organ transplant patients among others.  I was on the priority due to my pulmonary hypertension.

If just one prioritized person died of Covid because the commissioner's political allies got the vaccine first, that one person is one person too much.

UNTIL WE STAND FOR REAL REFORM, NOTHING WILL CHANGE

This is one election with a message.  We complain ad nauseum over the corruption and favoritism and then take out our encyclopedia of excuses to justify our vote for the same bad people.

If we send both of them packing, we can begin to build a better tomorrow.  But if you have your reason to keep both in office, then stop complaining. They are all Donald Trump's using office for their own personal gain.  

Joey Lopez admitted to using the Covid vaccine for his own personal benefitted, along with in fact the entire Commissioner's Court.

I have written over and over again government is based on a Social Trust.  This makes all government agents subordinate to the people. The Supreme Court in Texas v. White changed this to the people being subordinate to the government. It was the ultimate insult to Lincoln.  It is time we restore the government to its place as subordinate to the people. 

There is no dispute they issued three orders as state judges to interfere with a federal court.  The law is quite clear.  Federal Judge Rolando Olvera chose to run like a coward than perform he sworn duty under the constitution.

Everything is strategy.  It is a process in how to best proceed.  I am done with the federal Mandamus to be presented to Associate Justice (Circuit Justice) Samuel Alito.  I first have to get the press to take the story so as to force a proper review.

Notice how GINA uses Trump promise of changing things "ON DAY ONE." We are still waiting on the day one promise.

This is so clear.  Gina Hinjosa adopts Trump's economic policy of robbing Paul to pay Peter.  This is voodoo economics.

By robbing from the tax revenues which maintain state highways such as Boca Chica, where will Gina Hinojosa find the money to keep state highways such as Boca Chica repaired. 

Gina has zero vision and is all about shiny object policies to impress the least educated among us.

TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING AND REGULATION INFORMED ME I CAN FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST OMAR OCHOA OVER HIS MISHANDLING OF MY CASE

There is no issue at this point, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation will investigate Omar Ochoa.  They can punish him based on John Cowen's refusal to allow for enforcement of code violations.  His attorney Heather Scott has made it clear Omar Ochoa has no duty to enforce code violations.  All of her arguments are going before the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation as evidence Omar Ochoa will not comply with state law.  the TDLR will decide the issue with or without a sanction, not a judge. 

A WARNING TO THE NEW CITY MANAGER:

If you hold a license controlled by TDLR, and you adopt Heather Scott's argument your license too will be subject to review by the TDLR.

I am step by step moving the case out of the courts to state oversight or DOJ oversight.  There is no issue Texas Lone Star AC took loan money it was not entitled to by law or the contract with FTL.  The owner stole that money and then walked off the job.  I am pursuing the criminal complaint against both Texas Lone Star AC and FTL finance.  They knew their actions were theft and criminal financial theft.

The owner of Texas Lone Star AC fails to understand the lawyer hired by his bonding company is in fact representing the bonding company and not him.  So be it, if the owner is indicted, I will ask the prosecutors seek restitution for my damages. 

I am also going back to TDLR asking that they suspend his license for conspiracy to commit financial fraud with FTL.  The scam is real.  The contract between Texas Lone Star AC and FTL clearly states Texas Lone Star AC cannot accept the financing until he presents a contract between them and the homeowner.  No such contract exists.

Jorge Rendon, Texas Lone Star AC and Heating, is about to find out that thinking because the bonding company is paying for his lawyer, he cannot be held criminally accountable for theft of a loan he was not entitled to, was a mistake. 

I will get paid through restitution and he will lose his license.

 

WE ARE APPROCHING THE POINT MORE VOTERS SUPPORT POLITICAL REFORM OVER EITHER MAJOR POLITICAL PARTY

 

THIS COLD IS THE WORST OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS

On Tuesday the VA verified it is not Covid or the flu.  It is a bad cold.  I just got up after a three-hour nap. 

If I understand the problem the cold air in NY helped to bring on the cold with the help of my pulmonary hypertension, and possible COPD.

The flight back on Monday was horrible.  Because my brother lives in far eastern LI, it is 11 hours.  I had to wear a mask so as not to spread what I have.  It was non-stop coughing.

I am spending down a lot of frequent flyer points, so I can switch back to United from American.  In First Class, they expect you to dress a certain way.  By the time I was on the plane from Dallas to Brownsville, I was all disheveled. I did not even try to hold myself together. 

So, I am here.  I see my doctor again tomorrow. My fever is like a rollercoaster.

If the only way Victor Gonzales can win is on the backs of dying and starving children, he is unfit to hold public office.

TEXAS SUPREME COURT ON MONDAY MORNING TO GET ITS FOURTH OFFER TO END THE CRISIS OVER ISSUINGS ORDERS WHILE THE CASE WAS IN FEDERAL COURT

The matter is governed by Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 8.  It is jurisdictional to first file the Application for Stay with the Texas Supreme Court.  Because all the subject orders are void, they can void them on their own and end the crisis.  That is fine with me.

You never corner a cat into a corner.  I always leave room for a settlement. This is not about some great victory.  It is about following the rules.  The Texas Supreme Court knows I am very open to a confidential settlement.  

Again, I do not support any Democrat who is running for statewide office.  None of them are qualified.  None of them has indicated an understanding of meaningful reform.

My goal as to the Texas Supreme Court is to get Governor Abbott to replace at least all of those on the ballot so the Republicans can run reformist candidates.  If the reform is meaningful, they will have my support.

THE FEDERAL CASE HAS THREE FEDERAL JUDGES WHO WILL NEED TO RULE

Judge Olvera has jurisdiction on the contempt motion.  Justice Alito on the Supreme Court has jurisdiction on the Stay pending Mandamus. Last, a federal trial judge has jurisdiction as to whether immunity has been waived and I can sue the 9 judges on the Supreme Court along with Regional Administrative Judge Missy Medary.  

I want to sue none of them.  They all just need to do the right thing, and it ends.  I have put a very fair settlement offer before the Texas Supreme Court

 

LESSONS FROM THE ELECTION RETURNS

First let me say, I appreciate the number of people who logged onto BV2 last night for election returns.  I collapsed into one of the worst colds I have ever had.  It has been years since I have had a cold.  It is not fun.

THE LESSON

When we look to the primaries, and now last night what is obvious is, the establishment candidate will win, and the blind female vote is no longer a sure thing. 

While I believe Adela Garza will win the runoff, because her opponent presents nothing as a candidate, it should be concerning to all she did not win outright as the incumbent, establishment candidate and female.

We saw in the primaries Erin Garcia could not make the runoffs as the only female, who did compete.  Both of her opponents had establishment support.  If you are not part of the inner circle of local politics, you cannot win.

It is sad the voters do not understand the establishment candidates are the problem.  So long as we allow the establishment candidates to run the show, the show will not be in the best interests of the people.
