IT'S OFFICIAL, TEXAS SUPREME COURT WILL DECIDE IF THEY HAVE TO RECUSE THEMSELVES IN MY CASE AGAINST SOROLA, BASED ON THE FILE MARKED COPY OF MY MOTION TO HOLD THEM IN CONTEMPT FOR INTERFERENCE WITH MY FEDERAL CASE BEFORE JUDGE ROLANDO OLVERA

I got the case before the Texas Supreme Court because Regional Administrative Judge Missay Medary in December 2025, assigned Judge Oscar Hale to replace Judge David Gonzales III.  The problem is, Judge Gonzales did not recuse himself until January 2026. Her order is void for a want of jurisdiction.  Her jurisdiction was not invoked thereby voiding any order she signed in the case. 

The Supreme Court must decide if my contempt motion before Judge Olvera raises a question of impartiality. There is also the issue since they did not have any jurisdiction to sign the three subject orders, they lose their immunity and I can sue them in federal court in Austin.  I can also sue Missy Medary because in the Sorola case she lacked any jurisdiction to assign Oscar Hale.

The problem the Texas Supreme Court faces is Judge Olvera can rule against them.  Assuming the case goes to Orlando Garcia in Austin, he can find no immunity. Finally Associate Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, as the Circuit Justice can void their three orders.  

As to the Supreme Court, next week I hope to file my Motion for Stay to the Texas Supreme Court Pending my Petition for Writ of Mandamus with the Supreme Court.  It is jurisdictional and if the Clerk of the Texas Supreme Court refuses to file it, it will only further anger the US Supreme Court. The mandamus is directed to the Texas Supreme Court and not Texas Lone Star AC.

It will take three federal judges to reject the issue before we are done.  Conflicting rulings will only make a mess of it.

An Application for Stay to the US Supreme Court is not a Petition for Writ of Certiorari.  Because I will keep it to 13 pages Justice Alito will actually read it before he rejects it or refers it to the entire Court.  It will be extraordinary if the Supreme Court does not act to protect the jurisdiction of the federal courts. 

Now the Texas Supreme Court can grant my stay and void the three orders, which will leave the US Supreme Court less interested in hearing the case.  But it will not change the fact they will have to recuse themselves and ask the Governor to Appoint interim Justices to hear my case.

Simply voiding Judge Missy Medary's order and then assigning a Judge to do her job, will send a message the case against Sorola will go forward.  No judge is going to play the distraction game.  It will be ruled on the merits and the defamation per se is solid. I believe once it goes forward, I will win on liability leaving the damages to a jury.

If the press picks up on my Application for Stay to Justice Alito, it will expose the Texas Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeals. The truth will come out.  

I gave Sorola a reasonable settlement offer. He has rejected it.  If you know me, I always make settlement an option.  But Sorola wants to be the hero and take me down.  It will not happen.  No Judge at this point will play along with him.

As to the Texas Supreme Court, I have a large settlement package before the court.  The first two items do not involve a penny, and they are the most important.  If I can get the first one involving my brother in the press, the Texas Supreme Court will be toast, and former Chief Justice Nathan Hecht will have his reputation destroyed. 

I have put a very reasonable settlement offer on the table.  I agreed to confidentiality.  I have made clear even if I get this into the press, I will not allow the case to be used to help the Democrats.  No Democrat running for statewide office is qualified.  I want reform, not substitute unqualified elected officials.

If this blows up into the statewide press or even better national, Luis Saenz and Gabby Garcia will see the end of their careers. Their removal is part of any settlement.

 

SHARIFF GONNELLA IS YOUR ONLY OPTION FOR PLACE 2 IN THE BND ELECTION

If you think the expected massive growth in the Port is not the main motivation of each of the candidates, you are naive. My issue is who can best help manage the influx of new business? The answer is clear, Shariff Gonnella.

 

THE GLOBAL RECESSION IS INEVITABLE IN THAT THE SOONEST THEY CAN CLEAR THE STRAIT IN JANUARY 2027

The experts are saying the earliest the Strait can be cleared is January 2027, and the longer it remains blocked the longer it will take to restore the global economy. 

The loss of fertilizer is already impacting the global economy.  US farmers are estimating the cost of corn to climb fast.  I am not going to pay 97 cents for one ear of corn.  Not only will the price of corn impact the price of food, but it will also impact the price of gasoline.  

Murphey's has a separate pump for gas with corn ethanol.  Before the crisis it was already a lot costlier. 

Trump being Trump called on countries impacted by the closure of the Strait to buy US crude.  The US does not need foreign crude.  But when you tell others to start buying US crude the price of US crude will go up.

JFK is reporting about a 20% reduction in jet fuel usage.  Some airlines like Air Canada have stop flights to JFK.  Other airlines are consolidating planes to save jet fuel.  I am nervous the flight I am about to take to JFK, will be adjusted in Dallas, or on my return trip.

Short hops such as Brownsville to Houston may be cancelled.  It is a lot costlier to fly the short hops and flights are already being reduced around the country for these short hops. My experience is the Brownsville's flights are pretty full, so maybe we will be safe. 

The impact of the closed Strait will reverberate throughout the world economy.  Transporting goods and services will go up.  

If the experts are correct, and Trump can get the Strait open this week, it will not be until January 2027 before traffic is back to normal.  This means a Global recession will be in place during the November 2026 elections. 

I am already studying how the recession will impact my investments.  As you know I do not favor panic selling.  I always hold and the stocks recover.  But now I have time to identify which investments will be minimally impacted by the global recession. If you have a good investment advisor, they are doing the same.

UPDATE ON ALLEGED GUNMAN

He is intelligent.  This is even more concerning.  He graduated Cal-State with a masters.  

They have found a manifesto he allegedly sent his family.  Whether the family reported it to authorities remains under investigation. 

First anyone who is not concerned on yet another attack on the President, is not a patriot.  It serves no one when our President is a possible target of assassination.  It should concern all of us equally.   The target of the alleged assassin remains unknown, but it is not a stretch the President was in harm's way.

TAKE AWAY ONE:  THE RFK ASSASSINATION

A gunman was allowed into the Ambassador hotel with a gun.  RFK was a presidential candidate at the time.  This lack of excellence speaks to the first attempt on Trump. 

The takeaway is, according to the secret service you can register at a hotel where the President will be a guest, and bring a rifle, handgun and knives into the hotel.  At this point this is the secret services narrative which explains how the alleged assassin was able to bypass the first line of protection.  The hotel has yet to confirm the man was actually a guest at the hotel.

UPDATE ON HOTEL:  They have confirmed he was on the 10th floor, and his room has been searched. 

The first take away is even more concerning when you consider my second take away.

TAKE AWAY TWO:  In all three assassination attempts we are dealing with a lone wolf.  Trump came close to being assassinated by the first assassin.  

We have individual lone wolf's getting too close to the president.  The lack of proper vetting of hotel guests makes this even more concerning.

Be careful what you wish.  If you think ignoring this problem is okay because it is Trump, then you are not concerned if your candidate becomes president that they may face the same problem. 

 

AFTER INTENSE RESEARCH I HAD NO PROBLEM VOTING FOR SHARIFF GONNELLA

David Garcia has the worst of the worst of establishment politicos pushing for him.  Why?  We need new blood who will owe nothing to the establishment.

I do not know who is responsible for the vile campaign against Gonnella, but Najera and Garcia's failure to denounce it makes them complicit. 

I do not know how people live with so much hate in their heart, but they are unfit for elective office. 

Based on my research I do believe Shariff Gonnella will bring the best vision to the Port. 

AS TO THE OTHER ELECTIONS

I voted against all incumbents.  Both TSC and the Port get a hard "F" on preparing Brownsville and Cameron County for all the jobs coming to SpaceX and the Port.

HENRY FORD BEGAN PUBLISHING HIS CONSPIRACIES AGAINST JEWS IN 1920

What is happening in Gaza is not because we did not learn our lesson with Hitler, it is because we refuse to accept, genocide is a way of the world, and not of any one person.

I grew up listening to the stories of a woman whose parents came from Russia and Poland in the early 1900's.  She documented how in Russian and Poland Jews had their homes burned along with their synagogues.  They fled what was known as the pogroms.  They came to America to face Henry Ford's hatred of Jews.

Hitler did nothing more than build on the international hatred from Europe towards Jews.  Maybe Ford did not write the final solution, but he fed the hatred which made Hitler possible.

It is no secret Jews were hated in America.  The historical documents prove FDR knew about what Hitler was doing to the Jews.  He did not care because there was no force in American demanding protection of the Jews.  FDR turned a blind eye to the Jewish problem under Hitler.  Had he fought back sooner, maybe 6 million Jews may not have died. 

I will never make an excuse for Hitler, but he was not alone.  It happened because the power forces in the world were part of the hatred towards Jews.

In 1492, Jews, Muslims and Christians lived in peace in southern Spain.  Queen Isabella brought an end to the peace and made Jews scapegoats for her failures.

TODAY GAZA IS PAYING THE PRICE

We are numb to Gaza because we allowed ignorance cut from the same cloth as Henry Ford's mindset towards Jews to hate Muslims.  We turned blind eyes as we bombed children in Iraq and Afghanistan. Today we have no value for Muslim children.

The need to hate brought about the death of 6 million Jews during WWII.  Stop kidding yourself it was not Hitler; it was the fake free world which excused Henry Ford whose publication made hatred towards Jews internationally acceptable. 

I will never excuse Hitler or his regime for their part in the genocide of Jews.  But Gaza is happening today because we absolved Henry Ford and ourselves for our part, in hatred towards Jews.  We now turn a blind eye towards the genocide of Muslims, and in particular children.

A HEALTHY HEART CHECKUP

I would always tell people at the gym, the inside is more important than the outside.  You can be overweight and have a healthy heart and be skinny and on the verge of a heart attack.

From age 16, until my mid-50's, I was a gym rat. I took care of my heart.  This is key. At age 50 I benched 315 lbs.  I was two hours a day on the treadmill.  My diet has always been healthy.  Nearly everything in my home is fresh.  I make all my own sauces.  People love my red pepper sauce which I use is many dishes.  Garlic and olive oil are in every meal.

It remains a myth held by far too many doctors that with diet and exercise you can lose weight.  When I defy doctors to produce any such study, they always go silent.

My ultrasound showed no meaningful blockage which can cause a heart attack.  I am 100 lbs. overweight. My mega dosage of insulin has caused me to gain 20 pounds since the 1st of the year.  In the last 13 days I have gain 10 lbs.  The doctor knows at my dosage of insulin, I will gain weight.  My blood sugar on 140 units of insulin every A.M. remains where it was 20 months ago.  I do not believe doctors understand the meaning of sever insulin resistance.  It means I am resistant to insulin, and no amount of insulin will lower my blood sugar.

The purpose of my heart ultrasound was to measure my pulmonary hypertension numbers.  They remain fine so my medicine will not be adjusted.  But I remain at only 76 % lung capacity, so my doctor will continue to purser COPD. 

Even though my heart is fine, if my lungs strain the heart, I can still have a heart attack.  

My new order of business is to try and find lung exercises which will allow me to safely expand lung capacity

 

HOW WOULD A "GAZA" PAINTING BY A PALESTINIAN BE RECEVIED A LA PABLO PICASSO'S "GUERNICA"

"Pablo Picasso's Guernica (1937) is a massive mural acting as a raw, emotional outcry against the horrors of war, specifically the bombing of the Basque town of Guernica during the Spanish Civil War. It is a universal symbol of anti-war sentiment, using monochromatic tones (black, white, grey) to evoke desolation and documentary-like tragedy.

"The death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has reached 72,568, with 172,338 injured"

There is something significantly more tragic than Israel's genocide in Gaza.  It is the lack of universal condemnation.  Israel must suffer financially. I understand the importance of financial aid to Israel.  I do not believe this reasoning matters any longer.  The Israeli's need to suffer financially. I favor ending all financial assistance to Israel, with a caveat the US will be there to protect Israel's rightful boarders.  This means not the occupied lands. 

The world must welcome a "Gaza" painting if it reaches the level of Picasso.  The world will not. 

I qualify this with a clear condemnation of anyone who tries to view what Netanyahu, and his supporters did in Gaza as having anything to do with Judaism. It no more has anything to do with Judaism than 9/11 had anything to do with Islam.

This painting with a broad brush must stop.

 

 IT IS TIME TO ALLOW BARRON TRUMP TO ENJOY HIS COLLEGE YEARS

Melania Trump as Barron's mother knows her son better than anyone.  By all accounts he is trilingual and possibly registers in at the genius level. She knows the challenge of being raised a Trump.  This nonsense she does not allow Barron to associate with his older siblings is nonsense and part of Trump Derangement Syndrome.  Why would Barron want to spend time with older siblings who have nothing in common with him?

Highschool and college can be a great time in a young person's life.  By being a Trump Barron has missed out on a lot of these moments.  The press only makes it worse by interfering in every aspect of his life.  They need to back off and allow him to enjoy as much of his college life as he can.   This is when if allowed, he can form lifetime relationships and learn how to have lifetime relationships.

Barron is not Amy Carter.  Amy did not carry the baggage of being a Trump. She had freedoms Barron could only dream of.  The biggest victim of Trump Derangement Syndrome is Barron, and shame on the press and all talking heads for making Barron a victim of their disorder.

No one can accuse me of being a Trump supporter.  But that does not mean I will support any actions which cause trouble for Barron.

I am being careful with the next part because Melania went after Rosie O'Donnel for using the wrong words concerning the spectrum.

I never thought much about this until Melania said Barron requires 24/7 supervision.  There is the general spectrum, and autistic spectrum.  Everyone is on the general spectrum.  Barron is no different than you or me, he like his parents are on the general problem.

How this works depends on both biological variables and nurture.  Two siblings can be completely different based on their age and their place in the family.

Again, Barron did not have the freedom allowed to Amy Carter.  You cannot compare the two. Barron has carried the burden of the Trump name Amy Carter never faced as the daughter of Jimmy Carter.  Barron was never in the middle of public family events.  This is when a lot of social skills are developed.  

He has a strong mother who is rightfully so is very protective.  Being an awkward young man is not new.  So, he is on general spectrum and may be having difficulty navigating social events. 

While I see Barron in the general spectrum just like everyone else, I do not see him as autistic.  The term is overused.  I think many so-called autistic people are in fact, awkward and in the general spectrum.

But how Temple Grandin grew out of her awkwardness applies to how Barron will thrive in the future if the press and talking heads will just leave him be.

I believe Barron is awkward in social settings.  So what?  Given the fact he has been denied the opportunity to freely associate without cameras all over him, only makes sense he would be socially awkward. 

By all accounts he is brilliant and if given a chance to learn social skills during his remaining years at the university, I would expect great things of him. 

The press needs to let him be.  There were reports Barron may have connected with influencers who support his dad.  So what?  It only makes sense.  But then it comes out the influencer may hold opinions which may make Barron look bad.  This is all pure Trump Derangement Syndrome by the press. They are desperate to hurt the father through the son.

Enough.  People need to understand Barron may be awkward and needs the help of his mother to learn how to navigate difficult social settings.  Temple Grandin had the best mother, who helped her through the process, and as Temple says, over time she learned to not be so awkward.

Temple's genius came out because of a loving supportive mother.  Like I said Barron like everyone else is on the general spectrum which can include awkward genius who need a strong mother to make them into the full human being they are meant to be.

Leave him alone to grow. 

 

I HAVE CARFEFULLY WATCHED THIS PLAY OUT IN OTHER STATES, AND IT SEEMS TO WORK

I would support this in Texas over the primary process. At both the state level and locally here in Cameron County we would have more diversity in who we elect. This will bring true competition to the electoral process.

 

JOEY LOPEZ IS A HARD NO FOR COUNTY COMMISSIONER

 This is not a rumor.  Joey Lopez along with the other county commissioners abused federal law when they took the initial Covid vaccines and used them for political gain.  The initial dosages were for the highest risk individuals, such as people on chemo, and other such persons.

Since McHale based on his own admissions secured one of these vaccines ahead of someone with cancer, he logically is now endorsing Joey Lopez.

So long as we do not hold the likes of Joey Lopez accountable. the institutional corruption which keeps this county under a stranglehold, nothing will change.

HERE IS THE AUDIO OF JOEY LOPEZ ADMITTING THE COVID VACCINES WERE ILLEGALLY TAKEN BY THE COMMISSIONS FOR THEIR OWN POLITICAL GAIN.

If just one person died from Covid because they were denied the vaccine as a cancer patient, it is on Eddie Treviño and all commissioner holding office at the time. 

All over the country federal and state officials have been indicted for Covid related charges to fraud, use, theft.  So why does the FBI continue to refuse to act? I do not trust the local FBI.  They are too tied to DA Saenz. Along these lines, once the final package is complete it is going to Washington with a request the office of the local FBI be barred from reviewing the criminal complaint as too tied to Saenz. 

As to Eddie Treviño and Joey Lopez, if their opponents do not play this audio over and over again, they do not deserve to win in the run-offs. 

As to the problem when abusing Covid funds a US Attorney said it best. "

U.S. Attorney Theodore S. Hertzberg. “When government officials lie to take money, and do it while holding an elected office, it violates the trust of citizens and weakens faith in our elected government.”

UPDATE ON MY LITIGATION 

 I have the Texas Supreme on the run.  This week if they fail to remove themselves from my two cases and void the orders they issued while the COB case was in federal court, I will file my Emergency Application for Stay with Supreme Court Justice Alito.  It is a good time.  The issue is so simple: "The issue is straight up and down.  Will the Supreme Court protect its jurisdiction from a recalcitrant Texas Supreme Court?  None of the underlying issues matter.  This case is simply one of holding the Texas Supreme Court accountable for interfering with the jurisdiction of a federal court."  

The petition is 14 pages and ready to be filed. 

I have them in three directions, the pending contempt motion pending in federal court, my personal lawsuit against the court for law of jurisdiction when issuing order in the COB case, and my Application for Stay before the Supreme Court. 

 

INTERNATIONAL CHILD CUSTODY IS NOT AN "I HAVE AN IDEA"

A state judge was indicted and convicted of interfering with federal ICE authority. "A federal jury found Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan guilty Thursday of obstructing immigration agents as they attempted to arrest an undocumented immigrant defendant last April."  NPR

In this case ICE is probably as happy as they can be that they got rid of an anchor baby.  How sad.

ICE is dead serious about controlling recalcitrant state judges.  It should shock no one the lawyers of Cameron County fail to understand the law on this issue.

Any action concerning a child, and specifically a US born child, before removal to Mexico is the best interest of the child, and not what the judge or parents want.

Such a child is entitled to an ad litem to assist in what is in the child's best interest.  The child's criminal defense attorney cannot act as an ad litem.  This is so basic it is surreal a judge and attorney would not know this.

The best example is, the attorney who sues for a child in a personal injury case, cannot be trusted to be acting in the child's best interest in terms of a settlement.  It is standard an ad litem is appointed to insure the child's best interests.

A child born in the US is entitled to a complete education within the ISD wherein they live.  Under federal law school ISD's can refuse entry to any child, a US citizen or not who do not live within the ISD.  This is not an immigration issue.  It is a problem commonly seen with athletes from one ISD wanting to attend school in another ISD.

When you publicly admit a child has no address within an ISD, you are insuring the child cannot attend school within the ISD.  This is not in the best interests of the child.  Just because an ISD may ignore the law does not automatically make it in the best interest of child.

In all likelihood an indigent child is on CHIP health insurance and SNAP, although the mother may be undocumented.  It is a well-documented problem that US children forced to live in Mexico are denied health insurance and a proper education.  This is commonly seen in custody cases wherein the parent living in Mexico under international law is given primary custody.

It is not in the best interest of a child to cut off their CHIP health insurance.  Even though they are not formally enrolled now, during a medical emergency any local hospital would have no problem enrolling the child.

All of this is why the child needs an ad litem.

Both Mexico and the US have their own laws concerning taking a child across the border.  An Ad litem would do their best to locate a remaining parent in the US or family member to better understand the child's options.  A parent denied all best options may not be able to decide what is in her child's best interests.  A relative may be a better option than removing a child to Mexico.  This is based on evidence and a due process hearing of record before a competent judge.

If there is a parent still in the US that child cannot be taken into Mexico without the remaining parent's consent.  Depending on all the facts a US Passport is needed, or maybe even a dual citizen passport.

If all the safeguards are not met, moving a child across international borders could be a crime.

I do not have all the facts.  But I know enough denying a child who is a US citizen an education and CHIP health insurance is never in the child's best interests unless international custody law mandates removal to Mexico, which in many cases is the reality. 

If investigated and there are better options on the US side, the child's 14th Amendment Rights were violated.

It is surreal to me a child in such a precarious situation can be denied an ad litem attorney separate from a criminal defense attorney. 

An ad litem would have insured BISD would not deny the child an education because the child has no residency within BISD.  An ad litem would have verified if the child was on Chip health insurance and would be able to continue to receive health insurance.  There is no such health insurance in Mexico for US citizen children. This is a major issue with Mexico and US custody cases. 

It is not clear if the child had a criminal defense attorney or an ad litem.  While it is true you do not want to place a minor on the street, that does not mean you can ignore 14th Amendment guarantees, or international law. 

It is possible under proper investigation the best interests of the child were met.  In this case because the child had residency in the US before the problem came about, custody must be decided under Texas law. 

If no one speaks up, we shall never know if the child received all due process rights.

A complete investigation will tell us if all the rules were followed.  If the father's consent was not obtained with a lawyer, he can reopen everything. 

 

THIS IS SO WELL SAID. YOU DO NOT NEED RELIGION TO HAVE A MORAL COMPASS

Religion is okay, but when you seek to make it part of public policy you are wrong, all wrong.

NAJERA ALONG WITH EVERY OTHER CANDIDATE FOR TSC AND THE PORT GET AN "F" ON JOBS TRAINING

This also goes to every elected official at BISD, the City of Brownsville, TSC, and the Port.  It also goes hard on our local state representatives.

Not a one of these people have a clue how to build a workforce for what is coming.  Elon Musk gets a big "F" in terms of doing his part because he remains clueless about just how incompetent our local officials remain.  He is so accustomed to just calling on the locals that he fails to understand on job training he must take the lead. 

After reading below Najera has to explain what he has done to help with job training.  The answer is nothing.  His promise sounds nice, but it delivers nothing.

OPEN LETTER TO ELON MUSK
 

I worked on all 100 B1B Bombers from ship 1 to 100.  I grew in production and inventory control as computers played a big part in the process. 

When inventory and production control fail, cost overruns and delays become the norm.  For now, because locally no one has any interest in training our local workers, SpaceX should coordinate with TDC because they have a very good program for inmates.  They have no problem placing former inmates at good jobs.  They train the former inmates to be job ready when they complete their term at TDC.  No such program is underway in Cameron County.

THE FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS FOR ELON MUSK 

He must go outside the area to hire a job recruiter and trainer to make Cameron County ready to fill the thousands of jobs coming our way at SpaceX and the Port. 

We all know if the local officials respond to this post, they will hire their sons, daughters and local political operatives to handle job training and recruitment, with zero qualifications. I would not trust Adela Garza, John Cowen, or Eddie Trevino to execute the following plan.  They have proven they know nothing about preparing for the new jobs.  They have done nothing.

THE PLAN

Elon Musk must create a centralized workforce training and recruitment office.  If he does not, he will find himself scrambling to hire the needed employees.

Step One:  Elon Musk and the other incoming Port employers need to develop a list of jobs to be filled.  For each job they need to state the related training and experience needed for the job.  Elon Musk then needs to send these lists with a demand to each political entity in Cameron County and ask, what do you specifically have already in progress to train and fill these job openings?  the answer is very little.  No political entity in Cameron County has anyone on staff to help with developing the resources .to train the needed workforce. 

Step Two: Once it is verified for Elon Musk no one has taken the needed action to prepare the local workforce, he through his workforce and training office need to spell out in clear terms what each entity must do to fill the prospective job openings.

Cameron County is going into a big boom period.  In the same way we have a regional high school for medical training, we need a manufacturing regional high school.  I can assure you this has not even occurred by our local state elected officials, or any other political entity.

An example where the high schools may be able to start the job training:  Inventory control requires less training than production control.  This is where I started.  I basically stocked parts until an order was placed to pull the parts to create a kit to manufacture a new and larger part.  Everyone in my unit at my level had zero training in computers, and certainly no university training.  To a person they were a manager's son, no daughter allowed. 

When the person charged with entering the data for missing parts went on vacation I was allowed to do his job.  Immediately the line foreman noticed the difference.  The manager's son thought his job was that of a typist. A very high paid typist.  I realized a key part of the job was notifying the unit where the part was being held up.  The line supervisors immediately asked who was doing my job.  I kept the job.

They then moved me up to a shortage analyst.  Again, the other workers were just acting as typists. 

I worked with the computer programs based on my training with the "IF" statement and created very effective shortage reports which targeted the real problem.  Parts started to move.  The delays were going away.  In 1976, computer training was learning the "IF" statement.  It was not much more advanced in 1985.  They were just moving beyond basic computer programing.  But a command of the "IF" statement took you a long way. 

Once you moved to production control you had to learn to read work orders to see if you needed to push certain parts to get them to the assembly line on time.  It was all codes and you needed to learn them.  Sometimes you had to take a scooter over to the area in machine shop where the part was being held up.  The guys had thousands of brackets waiting to be deburred.  If someone was not sent to the deburr area to move the brackets to the front of the line, they did not move.   This part is production control.

MANUFACTING POSTITIONS

I am certain SpaceX will need electronic component assemblers.  People in training to become electricians if they choose can be given extra training to be an assembler.  But no one is doing the training.

We are in trouble with robotic assembling training.  This will be another big part of the job training needed now.  

GETTING TO THE FINAL POINT

Elon Musk needs to hire a liaison to manage all of this.  He needs someone who can read his demand list and work with the Texas Workforce, TSC, BISD, and our local state representatives to create the infrastructure needed for all the jobs coming our way.  None of this is happening, which makes this part of the reason I am calling out Najera, but in fact everyone running for the Port and TSC.

People will say I am trying to get a job.  Hell no. I have found three options for a new home in NY.  I am working as hard as I can to leave.  We have no healthcare in the LRGV, generally.  I do like my cardiologist, and my San Antonio pulmonologist is going to work with him to do the needed testing.

I would consider helping to hire the right person to do the job of liaison.  If Elon Musk allows the local yokels to hire such a person, he will get what he deserves. Disaster. 

I can help to get it going, but that is it.

In the field generally of inventory and production control is an expeditor.  This person keeps things moving.  It means being on people 24/7 to get them to perform their job.  The liaison hired by Elon Musk needs to also be a good expeditor.  Musk needs someone who will meet with the local officials who will either respond to Musk's needs or be left out of the process.  There is no time or place for political maneuvering. Either verify you will be a player to move things along, and how you will be a key player, or get out of the way while Musk looks elsewhere for help. 

I can write for pages about every manufacturing job and the need for training and how the training is performed, but I think my point has been made.

NOTHING IS GETTING DONE

The Texas Workforce Commission has no information about the future jobs so people can begin to look for job training.  The Texas Workforce Commission should be reaching out to SpaceX, but they are not.

Whether it is TSC, BISD, or a regional effort nothing is being done to identify the jobs coming our way and how people go about to get job training.

As to the Port, there are a lot of potential jobs on the line.  The Port is doing nothing to identify those jobs and the associated job training.

The Port election is about the billions of dollars about to come into the Port and control of the contracts.  It is not about helping anyone in your family to get the needed job training and associated higher wages. 

THE GUIDING TIMELINE

It is not random when SpaceX will need the workers.  There is a production timeline I assume Elon Musk already has in place.

The date certain [ really an estimate] when Musk needs each worker ready to go.

Part one will include which workers will be needed for the first 6 months, and then a schedule for additional workers.

From that date for each job, you back out to how long is needed for to job training. You leave nothing to chance.

You identify where you will get the job training and insure, they can meet your deadline.  This is just part of production control and having a good expeditor on board who can keep the training moving. There will be no time for excuses. 

 

IT PAINS ME TO SAY ANYTHING NICE ABOUT TRUMP, BUT THE ABOVE IS TRUE

All major tax services provide for free federal tax returns.  This is for medium to low income.

Every year I do the taxes for free for several people.  You cannot charge a fee, and I do not.

WHAT I HAVE SEEN, PEOPLE LIKE

During the year a lot of people paid a lot of income tax on overtime.  The new tax reform form provides separate from the standard deduction, a special deduction for overtime.  This is new and I have had to check other for box 14.  That is fine the federal form still allows for the deduction.

I can tell you when you tell someone they have an extra deduction for $7,000 

in overtime, and they are getting back all the taxes they paid on that $7,000, they are happy.

I am extremely careful with Trump Derangement Syndrome.  I tell them the truth, it is because of the Trump's Big Beautiful Bill.  It serves no purpose to withhold the truth just because you dislike Trump.

One person was pretty frank about the news. "So what, my wife still cannot go out because she is afraid of being deported.

So yes, Trump will get a lot of positive response, and so too will the Republicans, but that positive response may not but support as the people continue to suffer otherwise. 

Let's see what these refunds do to the deficit.

Let's see how they impact inflation as people spend a lot more money.

See you can tell the truth about how Trump did help low to middle income people, but just tell the entire truth. 

 

DEALING WITH THE RUMORS

One I have no terminal decease that I know of.  On Monday I will finally be scheduled for the prostate biopsy.  I suspect I will also be scheduled for a testicular ultrasound.  I am certain it is cyst and not a real lump.  High insulin use can cause cysts on the reproductive organs.  It is one thing after another.

THERE IS NO TRUTH I INTEND TO USE THE PENDING MOTION TO HAVE THE TEXAS SUPREME COURT HELD IN CONTEMPT TO HELP THE DEMOCRATS

 The evidence is solid.  Three times after the case was removed to federal court, the Chief Justice once on his own, and then once all but Justice Devine, and then finally the entire court issued a ruling in the case before the federal court.  There is no dispute.  On November 14, 2025, I notified the Supreme Court the case had been removed to federal court.  Then staring in December, they started to issue orders in the case which was in federal court. 

They clearly had no jurisdiction, so they have no immunity.  They have a very large demand package explaining the federal suit to be filed in Austin.  It also includes Regional Administrative Judge Missy Medary.  

SO, WHAT IS MY OBJECTIVE?

Chief Justice James Blacklock and the others on the November ballot need to resign so Governor Abbott can replace them.  If Governor Abbott replaces them with Justices who commit to meaningful judicial reform, I will actually support them.

But I can tell you, under no circumstances will I endorse any Democrat for any office in Texas.  

I am horrified Texas Democrats, and the National Democratic Party have not denounced James Talarico as a Christian radical trying to impose liberal Christianity on the people of Texas. No public policy should be based on liberal or conservative religious beliefs.  

Do people not understand by not denouncing Talarico they are endorsing the idea that it is okay for Christian nationals to impose their values on us.

The fundamental evil in Christianity is among those who believe they can impose their idea of what is and is not Christianity on the world. This always leads to bad things.

Judaism does not believe in preaching their values on their world. They respect everyone equally.  This is why so many Jewish groups all over the world are denouncing Netanyahu's policies as injurious to humanity and the true Judaism 

I do not care your religion, when you use it to govern, you are the evil which has brought so much death to humanity. Talarico is a very hard no.  I can say every Chistian I know agrees with me.  Talarico is dangerous to every loving religion.

AS TO JUDICIAL CANDIDATES

There is no Democrat running for the Texas Supreme Court or Court of Criminal Appeals who is qualified for the job or knows a thing about the necessary reforms needed to bring back justice to our legal system. 

I stand by my commitment I will support replacement Republican candidates if they come out for strong reform. So, no, I am not supporting any Democrat for any position statewide or locally. 

 

LOTTERY TICKERT SOLD AT GORDONS BAIT AND TACKLE IS SET TO EXPIRE

"The person who bought a whopping $78 million jackpot ticket at Gordon’s Bait & Tackle in Brownsville last year has yet to claim their prize.

The Texas Lottery announced on Thursday that the would-be millionaire has until 5 p.m. on May 14 to claim the prize at the Texas Lottery headquarters in Austin; otherwise, it will expire and go back to the state for programs authorized by the Texas Legislature.

The winning numbers are 7, 17, 23, 28. 39, 48.

Social Media has a duty to help find the winner.  It is possible a lawyer retained by the winner is still working on the trust documents.  If this is the case, the lawyer is cutting close.

Another option, and this is where social media can help.  Most people buy their tickets at the same place.  I actually do not.  I always go to a place out of the city.

It is possible the winner just bought it on a whim while buying bait for fishing.

Here is how we help.  If Gordon's knows of a regular customer may have died after the purchase date, it may be able to suggest to customer's families they check to see if a loved one had an unclaimed lottery ticket.  

Maybe just a random customer died after purchasing the ticket.  The families in Brownsville need to double check the belongings of any family member who may have bought a ticket at Gordons.

In my mind the unclaimed ticket is from someone waiting on their lawyer to complete the trust documents, died just after the drawing, or is maybe in a nursing home from a possible illness.

Social Media needs to keep this story going until the winner or their family can come forward. Good luck to the family. 

 

BPUB CONCEALS IT DELETED 10'S OF THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS

They are blaming a new program.  Fine - fire whomever purchased the program.  They obviously did not do their due diligence.

I keep a tight budget.  I always have a reserve for emergencies.  Yesterday I could not access my BPUB account.  I was told they could not find my account number or email.  I could not access the account.  Some people who do not pay attention to their bills and receive notice electronically could end up missing their payment.  The emails are gone according to the BPUB.

This morning I was told after making an inquiry that the new system deleted all of the account information for many customers.

Fine, a fool bought a bad program, fire them and then post to your web page a notice for customers to reregister.  That is what I was told in the communication from the BPUB this morning.

WHY CAN THE BPUB NOT JUST TELL THE TRUTH?

 

THE CAMERON COUNTY APPRAISAL DISTRICT CAN DO ATTITUDE

Today I had two great experiences with the CCAD.   I learned that Sylvia Garza-Perez failed to forward a Texas Estate Code 205.006, Family Settlement Agreement to CCAD.  While looking at the current tax bill, the property was still in the name of the deceased father.

The law requires the initial document be filed with the County Clerk's office.  It is then to be sent to CCAD for review and to change the name on the tax bill.  Sylvia Garza Perez is not forwarding same to the CCAD resulting in the new owner not having to pay the higher taxes.  There is an heir exception, but it would not apply here.

The people should be allowed to rely on elected officials doing their job.  This is Cameron County, and such a rule does not apply.

But I will tell you at the CCAD, the clerks are not like the clerks who work for Sylvia.  At the CCAD the mindset is, how to I help you?

The wait to see the clerk was nominal.  I was with the new homeowner, and the clerk immediately saw the problem.  The recorded document done at Sylvia Garza-Perez's office never forwarded the document to the CCAD.  

Now to be fair there is no clear law as what happens after it is recorded at the Sylvia's office.  But this is a leadership issue.  Sylvia should know all recorded documents need to be forwarded to the proper authorities.  She accepts a document which verifies a change in ownership, filed with her office as mandated by law and then does not know enough it must be sent to the CCAD for processing and a change in taxes based on the new owner.  At a minimum Sylvia should know to tell the filer they need to take it to the CCAD.

Once we got to the CCAD the can-do attitude of the clerk had us out of there within 10 minutes. The taxes will be adjusted to the name of the new owner.

A COMPARISON BETWEEN FEDERAL COURT CLERKS AND STATE CLERKS.

The federal court clerk made a very honest mistake in my COB lawsuit which the city removed to federal court.  

I realized the honest mistake and communicated with the clerk how the mistake was made.  The clerk's office did not run to coverup their honest mistake.  Before I even filed the Motion with Judge Olvera to correct the honest mistake, the clerk began the process of correcting the honest mistake.  I would expect Judge Olvera to now dismiss my motion as moot.  It is always such a please to work with the federal clerks.

I have formal complaints against Laura Perez-Reyes, Sylvia Perez-Garza, the clerk of the 13th Court of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court clerk and soon against the Clerk for the Court of Criminal Appeals. Why?  because to a clerk they will lie and do whatever they must to cover-up their mistakes.  None of them have the content of character to just correct their mistake. 

 

SOMETIMES SILENCE IS GOLDEN

Because confidentiality in litigation is always important at this juncture it is better I remain silent.  But I am very happy.

MY HEALTH

I just finished my morning routine of checking blood sugar and injecting my insulin.  My fasting blood sugar this morning was 215, while on 110 units of insulin.  My blood sugar remains exactly at the number it was at with zero insulin.   At about 18 months of insulin therapy, my blood sugar is no better than it was 18 months ago.  My evening BS is between 285 and 310. 

INSULIN TREATMENT CAN BE TOXIC

I have zero trust in the doctors.  If the patient does not respond to pills or insulin, they have no options for the patient.  They do not even know how insulin works or how it impacts the body depending on the time of day you take it.

They had me taking it at 9 p.m..  This is absolutely wrong.  Because of my chronic insomnia, I am to take while fasting in the morning.  This has helped my sleep significantly.

THE PROSTATE CANCER SCARE

I am at a loss.  I will say next week they finally have me scheduled with a doctor who can take the biopsy in a few weeks.  There is a two-week rule.  I will learn if she schedules the biopsy within 2 weeks when I see her next week. 

The standalone prostate cancer lab work continues to point to cancer.  But the doctors at the VA and within the community do not believe insulin lowers the PSA.   The last PSA came in at 1.1.  It is not possible for a normal PSA of 1.1 for a 68-year-old man with an enlarged prostate.

FOR NOW, THE FATIGUE DRIVES ME

I will go back to sleep now for several hours.  I do not know if the insulin resistance or the prostate is the source of the fatigue, but it is significant.
