LAST 24 HOURS AT VB HARINGEN HAS BEEN AMAZING - I AM ONE VERY HAPPY CAMPER

It is sad to me that just one nurse decides their way of no way and a well-oiled machine falls apart.  Understand there is a difference between a difficult nurse and a motherly nurse who wants it her way. Actually, "want" is too strong of a word. You get it, she is motherly.

My first motherly nurse was a challenge for me.  I just embraced her, and accepted she was motherly, and accepted her care as she does it.  So simple.

But then you get the nurse who decides the rules do not work for them, and it falls apart. 

BUT LAST 24 HOURS HAVE BEEN GREAT

Everything is now being managed for me. 

Yesterday everything was perfect.

Last night they got me to sleep on time. I slept well, to include when they have to wake me. 

I slept through the shift change.  The new nurse brought me the pain medicine and said he would be back later with the rest.  That is how it is done.  

Last night the food service person never took my order for today.

But this morning my soft low carb breakfast was perfect.

It appears this week will be clear sailing,

The sleep medicine is the generic.  That is what they give me.  While it works so well for me, it may not work for you.  Be careful and do exactly as your doctor tells you.
