IMMIGRANTS ARE ESSENTIAL TO OUR SURVIVAL

Not all immigrants are good for the country.  But I do not care if you are poor, so long as you follow the law, we have a place for you in our country. 

I have said this before, it was a Nicaraguan refugee who was the chemical engineer on Viagra.  Now, I suspect because he graduated from a top-notch university in NY in chemical engineering, he would have been granted full legal status in the US anyway. 

Two of my three primary doctors are from very underdeveloped parts of the world.  Now the third doctor in charge of my care is also amazing although born and trained in the U.S.  After, all he is working with the best in terms of infectious decease.

I quite frequently talk about how because I work in the trenches with the people, I have better insight to what is really happening.  I am not at some hangout with other lawyers pretending to be important.  The thing I miss most about not being home, is planning Sunday dinner.  I love making a big meal from scratch and having people over and learning about them and their needs.  

SO, WHAT MAKES MY TWO DOCTORS FROM UNDERDEVELOPED COUNTRIES SO GOOD?

I am in the hospital because of one endless mistake after another by U.S. raised doctors whose understanding of antibiotic resistance is limited to a book or the classroom.  My doctors probably came from families of means and spent their entire life and years at the university and medical school looking at the health crisis related to infectious disease.  Their knowledge is not from a lecture or textbook, it is from living every day as a citizen from an underdeveloped 

The treatment approach is clearly different from doctor to doctor.  The VA infectious disease doctor refused my referral. The MRI with contrast the VA refused to do proved him so wrong.  I am in week 4 with intense antibiotic infusion therapy. 

I just learned Monday or Tuesday; I will continue the treatment from home for another 5 weeks.  The dosage will be dropped, but the time frame for treatment will increase.  I will have a pump of sorts in my hip wherein the infectious disease doctor will be able to administer the antibiotic infusion therapy. The VA will give me a nurse and a driver to get me back and forth to the daily appointments in Brownsville.  I will be at home, where I will be able to print and have everything notarized. 

 The FBI will be hand delivered their second notarized complaint with evidence Pete Gilman is trying to force John Doe into a plea bargain and at this point with clear evidence his only client is his wife, Irma Gilman.   Twice now Irma refused to file orders with the court as directed.  This made it impossible to prove up the recusal of Judge Banales.  She is going down.

BACK TO IMMIGRANT DOCTORS

My U.S. trained doctor works with these doctors from underdeveloped countries and is very on board with their approach. He is not a cubbyhole doctor and is very open minded.  I do not doubt at this point he is as good as my other doctors.

I won the lottery on medical care with my doctors at VB-Harlingen.  From the moment the ER doctor told me he had my back, until today it has been amazing.  I cannot say enough about the mental health team.  They are second to none. 

Sorry for the distraction on the John Doe case, but it fit into the news of going home by maybe Monday.
