I HAVE NOT BEEN POSTING BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN VERY BUSY ON THE JOHN DOE CASE

Putting John Doe into perspective:  It is a gun case.  There is a material witness, and in fact the only witness who stated there was not gun.  They have no witness there ever was a gun.

Louis Sorola who was appointed by Gabby Garcia paid Juan Montoya repeatedly to trash John Doe's family.  In one post Juan Montoya defended Gabby Garcia, and another attorney assigned to defend John Doe, Corina Barraza. He trashed John Doe's sister as a victim of domestic abuse, while protecting Garcia and Barraza. 

Gabby and Cornia cut a deal to allow the abuser to leave jail without telling John Doe's sister.  He then proceeded to go to San Antonio to assault an elderly woman and has been at TDC since.  If this sounds familiar, it was Corina Barraza and her husband Lawrence Rabb who allowed Amit Livingston to walk out of court leading to a 7-year man hunt. 

The proper motion to dismiss the case is before the court, but Sorola and Gabby Garcia are not allowing it to be heard.  You see they do not want a record for the court of appeals to consider.  This is a clear obstruction of justice.

THE END IS NEAR

Peter Gilman is so arrogant he believes law enforcement which has the complaint is going to ignore all the facts. He has a formal federal complaint against him for obstruction of justice.  Peter Gilman is just going to continue with his criminal behavior while confident the FBI will turn a blind eye to his conduct.
