THERE IS NO ISSUE FEDERAL INDICTMENTS WILL ISSUE IN THE JOHN DOE CASE AGAINST SOROLA AND COMPANY

County attorney Juan Gonzalez is playing a game by not investigating the billing fraud by Alberto Rodriguez, Louis Sorola, Lawrence Rabb, and his wife Korina Barraza.  The latter two when they were ADA's agreed to allow Amit Livingston to walk out of the courthouse after pleading guilty to murder. The end result was a 7-year man hunt which cost more than a million dollars. 

Why does one defendant need so many attorneys paid for by the taxpayer.

Remember the record shows an eyewitness said there was no gun.  The magistrate judge dismissed the charges for a want of probable cause.

Sorola engaged in an ex parte with Judge Banales to set the hearing to recuse Judge Garcia.  In the verified Motion Garcia is accused of conspiring with Sorola.

Judge Banales in the order denying the motion to recuse Judge Garcia found John Doe said he had no evidence.  False and it goes to the ADA issue. This is exactly what is in the order signed by federal Judge Posner.

My witness tells me John Doe said he did not understand what he had to do.

Then Sorola asked Judge Banales to set a scheduling hearing for Wednesday of this week. As a visiting judge, Banales' jurisdiction ended the moment he signed the order to deny the Motion to Recuse Judge Garcia.

Okay I am burning up.  Today I will be transferred to a 6 week in patient IV antibiotic program at Solara, here in Harlingen.

Too many people have looked at everything for me to not know Garcia is going to federal prison.
