It is beyond time to end the Cameron County Democratic Party. I am now poised to begin the process of suing Chuy Garcia, Gilberto Hinojosa and Come Dream Come Build for violating the ADA and civil rights of John Doe.
Chuy Garcia also needs to be charged with criminal ethics violations for illegally running a campaign to replace Ben Euresti, while refusing to resign as a JP. The evidence is there and the question is, will they prosecute Chuy Garcia on the overwhelming evidence. Those signs all over Cameron County are not there to reelect him as JP, or to promote him as a JP, it is a clear ethical violation giving him name recognition to win the seat to replace Judge Ben Euresti.

A very long time ago, I worked for a Van McFarland. He has since long passed. We represented a Lloyd Williams, who was tied to Clayton Williams who at the time was running against Ann Richards for governor.
Travis County DA Ronnie Earle got involved in the election with an impermissible use of $100,000 for the County Attorney's office for a public integrity investigation.
I knew based on our Representation of Lloyd Williams Ronnie Earle was as corrupt as they come. We had the evidence that Ronnie Earle would criminally prosecute Lloyd Williams on drug charges if he did not implicate Clayton Williams in drug dealing. Lloyd Williams had been sued in a civil action for forfeiture of a real estate commission which came from someone in the drug business.
Van McFarland took the threat by Ronnie Earle to the Houston Post, and Ronnie Earle dropped the claims against Clayton Williams.
After Ann Richards tried to implicate Clayton Williams in drug dealings based on Ronnie Earle's attempt to falsely implicate him, there was a famous campaign stop wherein Clayton Williams refused to shake Ann Richard's hand.

For my months of work leading up to Ronnie Earle effectively dropping the charges against the Senator at the trial I billed not a penny. It did not matter to me she was a millionaire. What mattered to me was she was the victim of a corrupt DA.

I then go on to the faxes from Ray Hutchinson to me, and then the final news story wherein the Austin Stateman reported Ray Hutchinson told the reporter Ronnie Earle would drop the charges as the trial began, which is exactly what Earle did. Judge Onion on the record was shocked.
How did Ray Hutchinson in advance know Ronnie Earle would take control of the case and then refuse to call any witnesses?
You see I accidently made know an illegal $100,000 given to the Travis County Attorney for addressing campaign issues between Ann Richards and Clayton Williamson. The editor of the Quorum Report solidified the evidence when he published it.
Ronnie Earle did not want the full story published so rather than call any witnesses against Senator Hutchinson Ronnie Earle personally refused to call the first witness when ordered by Judge Onion, which resulted in the jury having to acquit Senator Hutchinson.
