ALTHOUGH THE SUPREME COURT LISTED TODAY FOR RELEASE OF OPINIONS, THIS MORNING IT ANNOUNCED IT IS CLOSED

UPDATE:  In the morning my mind is not sharp.  The brain fog puts me back in bed.  If I get any work done it is in the afternoon.  

THE COURT WAS CLOSED TODAY BECAUSE OF THE STORM

Based on my realization as to why the Court was closed today, it is possible without advance notice the Court will release key decisions at 9 a.m. our time. 

As of this moment there will be no opinion on the Tariff case. 

The February calendar as of this time has no days for release of orders or opinions.
