BPUB CONCEALS IT DELETED 10'S OF THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS
They are blaming a new program. Fine - fire whomever purchased the program. They obviously did not do their due diligence.
I keep a tight budget. I always have a reserve for emergencies. Yesterday I could not access my BPUB account. I was told they could not find my account number or email. I could not access the account. Some people who do not pay attention to their bills and receive notice electronically could end up missing their payment. The emails are gone according to the BPUB.
This morning I was told after making an inquiry that the new system deleted all of the account information for many customers.
Fine, a fool bought a bad program, fire them and then post to your web page a notice for customers to reregister. That is what I was told in the communication from the BPUB this morning.
WHY CAN THE BPUB NOT JUST TELL THE TRUTH?
