JOEY LOPEZ IS A HARD NO FOR COUNTY COMMISSIONER

 This is not a rumor.  Joey Lopez along with the other county commissioners abused federal law when they took the initial Covid vaccines and used them for political gain.  The initial dosages were for the highest risk individuals, such as people on chemo, and other such persons.

Since McHale based on his own admissions secured one of these vaccines ahead of someone with cancer, he logically is now endorsing Joey Lopez.

So long as we do not hold the likes of Joey Lopez accountable. the institutional corruption which keeps this county under a stranglehold, nothing will change.

HERE IS THE AUDIO OF JOEY LOPEZ ADMITTING THE COVID VACCINES WERE ILLEGALLY TAKEN BY THE COMMISSIONS FOR THEIR OWN POLITICAL GAIN.

If just one person died from Covid because they were denied the vaccine as a cancer patient, it is on Eddie Treviño and all commissioner holding office at the time. 

All over the country federal and state officials have been indicted for Covid related charges to fraud, use, theft.  So why does the FBI continue to refuse to act? I do not trust the local FBI.  They are too tied to DA Saenz. Along these lines, once the final package is complete it is going to Washington with a request the office of the local FBI be barred from reviewing the criminal complaint as too tied to Saenz. 

As to Eddie Treviño and Joey Lopez, if their opponents do not play this audio over and over again, they do not deserve to win in the run-offs. 

As to the problem when abusing Covid funds a US Attorney said it best. "

U.S. Attorney Theodore S. Hertzberg. “When government officials lie to take money, and do it while holding an elected office, it violates the trust of citizens and weakens faith in our elected government.”

UPDATE ON MY LITIGATION 

 I have the Texas Supreme on the run.  This week if they fail to remove themselves from my two cases and void the orders they issued while the COB case was in federal court, I will file my Emergency Application for Stay with Supreme Court Justice Alito.  It is a good time.  The issue is so simple: "The issue is straight up and down.  Will the Supreme Court protect its jurisdiction from a recalcitrant Texas Supreme Court?  None of the underlying issues matter.  This case is simply one of holding the Texas Supreme Court accountable for interfering with the jurisdiction of a federal court."  

The petition is 14 pages and ready to be filed. 

I have them in three directions, the pending contempt motion pending in federal court, my personal lawsuit against the court for law of jurisdiction when issuing order in the COB case, and my Application for Stay before the Supreme Court.
