PARKING LOT CRASHS COME FROM A LACK OF PATIENCE

My truck just brakes preventing me from hitting the car trying to pull out after I was nearly 100% pulled out.

I was delayed in pulling out because if the case of the SUV next to me> An elderly lady just rammed into his SUV.  He was parked.  She gunned the gas hard enough I could see her about to hit the man's car, I beeped my horn.  She still hit him, I am surprised he did not break his wrist when her vehicle hit his wrist.

Now it is my turn to pull out, after the lady moved her vehicle.  It appeared she could not get it into drive.  Then she finally got out and was trying to blame the accident on her mirrors.  I gave the young man my name and number if needed.

If there is about to be an impact on my truck while backing up, it will automatically brake.  This car with me nearly 100% backed out tried to pull out while my truck was moving.  My truck automatically hit the brake.  I pulled over and checked my truck and not so much as a scratch.  What I heard was my truck braking, not an impact.

I waited for the driver in the other car to get out and they did not.  I wonder why.? I hate parking lots.
