REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE FOR THE 107TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, FRANK LOZANO, NEEDS TO GET IN ABBOTT'S EAR NOW, WITH THE STRONG POSSIBILITY BEN EURESTI WILL RESIGN FOR HIS PART IN THE JOHN DOE CASE

Ben Euresti's transfer of the John Doe case was a deliberate criminal act.  I will stand by my conclusion.  The case did not qualify for transfer under Texas law. 

If Ben Euresti forces the Commission on Judicial Conduct to remove him, he will lose visiting judge privileges.  It will be a very sad end to his career.  If the DOJ indicts him, he could lose his liberty and retirement.

Noe Garza has stood very tight with Luis Saenz.  Noe Garza will never stand up for justice.  It is not in him.  Abbotts's office can force Ben Eurusti to resign and then make Frank Lozano the incumbent come November. 

Gabby Garcia's removal is a formality.  She is not smart enough to understand that by resigning, she might be able to avoid a criminal indictment.  It would be a mistake for Abbott to appoint a Republican already on the ballot in another judicial race. 

This nightmare and the inevitable petition to remove Saenz's will kill every democrat on the ballot come November.  I predict the Republicans will have a clean sweep come November.  

Greg Abbott needs to find another well qualified Republican candidate to replace Gabby Garcia.  The Republicans already on the ballot will win, once Ben Euresti and Gabby Garcia are removed the Republicans will sweep Cameron County elections.
