HOW HARRIS FAILED TO EMERGE AS A CONTENDER

The 2 is about not allowing the other blogs to steal my archives, plus the approach is new.  

I remain unpaid and promise to do my best to publish on a regular basis.  I am sick having been through 2 surgeries this year, and another on my retina coming.  I have now been diagnosed with an eye condition known as MG, which causes me to see things not there and not see things which are there.  An advanced test will decide if it will be treated with medication or surgery.  And there is my second sinus surgery this year.  After three antibiotics and balloon rhinoplasty failed, I will see a new ENT surgeon since the original one clearly missed the problem.  So, I have a lot on my plate.  If your doctor wants to give you a 4th antibiotic for a problem they have failed to cure, walk away.  They are clearly endangering you. 

I still want to move to Raleigh, NC.  I have the house I want.  It remains on the market, as the price of housing is dropping, and sellers are slow to lower the price.  I am on a project and the day it is done, if the house is still for sale, I am gone.  I continue to look for a back-up house. 

But since I am being held hostage in Brownsville, I've decided to talk about all things the bloggers refuse to address.  Some are motivated by money, others by personal bias who will not even consider an alternate view.

It blows my mind how unprogressive progressives really are.  Other than nothing is written in stone, nothing is written in stone.  If your view on any subject is incapable of change, then you oppose evolution of thought and reason.  Hence, your view is of no consequence to me.

A lot of people are mad at me because I want Trump to win.  I do not like Trump. I did not vote for Trump, I did vote for the Republican in every local race wherein they were running against a Democrat, with the exception of Vicente Gonzalez.  At the statewide level I voted straight Democrat.  At the state level the Republicans have been running the show for far too long. 

WHY SHOULD TRUMP WIN?

All economic indicators show the housing market will collapse come Spring.  It is cyclical and the president has little control over the matter.  Austin is a mess and is desperately looking to build lower priced boxes they call homes.

People are moving from Austin because they can no longer afford it but cannot sell their house. 

I am watching the price of housing drop big time from Ramona, California, to the Raleigh triangle.  

In both cases there are houses where banks are offering to take less then payoff rather than throw the house into foreclosure.

When the housing market collapses the President will be blamed.   If Trump is the President, and the Democrats hold on to the Senate, Trump will be powerless for his entire second term.  In 2026, the Democrats will take back the House, hold onto the Senate, and Trump will have no choice but to work with the Democrats or effectively shut down the government.

Now if Harris wins, she will take the blame and no one will work with her, and the Republicans will take the House and Senate in 2026. Both candidates are bad for different reasons.  I care about the big picture and prefer Trump, and the Republicans take the blame for the housing collapse.  

We can then maybe get back to rational government in 2028.

YES, A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN BEGGING ME TO COVER ELECTION NIGHT

I suspect by 7:20 p.m on Tuesday I can call most local elections, unless they are just too close.  If the Republicans hold the lead in statewide elections after the Secretary of State posts all early voting, they will win every race. Vicente Gonzalez must have a clear lead once early voting is posted.  We will have to wait on the Secretary of State for that.  He will need to have a clear lead to hold on while the election day votes come in.

I am very busy Sunday, and hope to have something on Monday.

Later in the week if time permits, I will explain to you the $16 million dollar heist on the zoo. I want a bigger and better zoo because it is good for Brownsville.  But that is not want is happening.

A LESSON I HAVE PROVEN AGAIN

If you can get your issue out of Cameron County, you can win. I went after the AC company which messed up my new AC and left my home damaged.  John Cowen, Helen Ramirez and Omar Ochoa ran cover for him.  On the same complaints, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation issued an agreed Order of a $11,250.00 administrative sanction.  It is great the state gets the money and not me.  But with the Agreed Order I can sue him for my damages.  The very things the COB ran cover for him, the state found to be illegal.  

Then the finance company had to write off the loan because there was clear fraud, and they lied to the state regulatory agency.  

So how is it possible I can get redress outside of Cameron County with the state, but no relief locally?

Well, the lawsuit is coming against the AC company and the city for aiding him in the fraud and refusing to enforce the code which the state found to be a violation of the law.  Well, it is not John Cowen, Helen Ramirez or Omar Ochoa's money which will pay for the defense it is yours.

Guys, blogging will get me nothing.  It will inform the people of their rights and how to get outside the local courts in order to get redress. 

I have been very busy and there is so much more. 

Other than what I have said here, I have nothing else to say about any local elections.
