I have to try the drink Chilmoli. I know what a Pisco is, and really want a Chilmoli.
The only drink I would add is a true Horchata with a shot of Bailey's Irish Cream. I get these in San Diego and they are so good.
McHale does very few things well, but he does a good job in promoting downtown. In spite of a horrible city management, people who believe in fine dining and downtown are moving forward.
Trey Mendez began with Dodici, and got the ball rolling. We should always be thankful for his investment in downtown.
This will not be a weekly thing. There are too many good eateries downtown to just frequent one. You have to mix it up.
You know people if you would get rid of all those +TV stations, in 3 months you can treat yourself to some really fine dining downtown.
