CNN DIVES DEEP INTO THE RABBIT HOLE THIS MORNING WITH DIRE CLAIMS ABOUT TRUMP

The thing about me is, I make a rule and do not change my position based on against whom the rule will apply.  But I reserve the right to change my position based on new information. All thought evolves. 

The Constitution "Article II, Section 2, Clause 3: The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session."

This morning CNN and other fake liberal news services are accusing Trump of upsetting the Balance of Power found in Checks and Balances, because he asks the prospective Senate Majority Leader candidates to commit to restoring Recess Appointments. 

Several presidencies ago, the Senate decided to deny the President his/her constitutional right to make Recess Appointments, for example the Cabinet.

So now according to CNN and other fake liberal news media Trump is undoing the constitutional Checks and Balances by asking Recess Appointments to be restored.  

People this is a Check the people in the Constitution gave to the President.  The Senate took it away by using a rule to keep the Senate in session, even though they are not there.

I have always been, give the President his/her Cabinet, and then let him live with the consequences. An out-of-control Cabinet member will be held accountable and distract the President from his agenda. 

BACK TO THE NEIL GORSUCH DOCTRINE

Associate Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch is going to hold to a doctrine which has made a name for himself.  He will not vote for any Executive Order or Regulation which is clearly not supported by the written law.  

I can imagine Trump's attack the first time the Supreme Court holds illegal one of his EO.
