THE CASE OF JOSEFINA CANALES FISHER

Josefina is the former sister-in-law of Alex Begum.  There was a family fight over money involving Yolanda Begum's other son.  Those cases are never clean to argue.

But while Yolanda was running for JP, Josefina Fisher called Yolanda a fake.

Alex Begum, who has no criminal practice, meaning no reason to deal with Luis Saenz, before and after the criminal charges were levied against Josefina Fisher gave Saenz $6,000 in donations.  

The criminal charge:  Josefina Fisher engaged in obscene language by calling Yolanda Begum: to wit: "a fake"

It did not shock me Ed Cyganiewicz took her money to defend her and then did nothing.  Do not forget Ed's ties to the Maria  Fidela Garza case. 

Well working with me, at no charge, Ed refunded her money, and she filed a pro se Motion to Quash the Information. 

Judge McDonald did what was expected of him and ordered me and Daisy Martinez out of the court.  A clear violation of the constitution. 

Back them Abel Gomez's office was right next door to McDonald's courtroom, and he walked us back into the courtroom and told the bailiff to never again remove a citizen from the courtroom.  Judge McDonald stood up and recused himself.

A visiting judge forthwith dismissed the charges against Josefina Fisher.  Saenz got to keep the money.

REALITY PEOPLE

Saenz was given endless opportunities to stop this but decided he prefers to throw everyone under the bus.  This will continue daily.  Each example will be in the petition for his removal.

When the time is right, I will call out by name all the lawyers who have been asking me to do this but will not help.  They are about power, not justice.

ALEX BEGUM IS THE REAL FAKE

I am not Montoya who can be bought with silence.  Alex Begum paid for a campaign flyer against Louis Sorola, Sofia Benavides, and Mary Ester Sorola.  He claimed it was time to end the dynasty.  

Montoya's first response was to attack the flyer.  I agreed.  I agreed even more as numerous people told me Alex Begum was angry over one ruling coming from Louis Sorola while acting as an Associate Judge. 

No judge should face such conduct over a ruling, just because the lawyer has the money.  You build a case of the judge being incompetent and then educate the people.  You do not do it on one ruling.

But Alex Begum told Montoya he paid for the flyer and Louis Sorola was on his own.

Two years later, not a word from Begum against Mary Ester Sorola, and this election cycle not a word against Sofia Benavides.  

Alex Begum was not acting to end a dynasty, but to punish Louis Sorola for one ruling.  Such conduct is a direct threat to the independence of our judiciary.
