IT IS A WASH FOR THE DEMOCRATS NATIONALLY

I could be wrong, but at 11:05 p.m. I see no pathway for a win for Kamala Harris.   Republicans will have a clear victory in the Senate.  The Republicans will hold onto the House.

I do not see how Harris turns Pennsylvania around.  I like Walz.  But Harris campaign shut him down because he was more popular than Harris.  But when Harris chose Walz over Shapiro in Pennsylvania she gave Trump the 19 electoral votes.

I am not calling it for Trump, but he has the majority vote.  He is doing well in the last of the competitive states. 

This was an easy election.  Trump is anti-government, anti-press, and anti-judiciary.  The polling shows the American people agree with him.  He stayed on all three, while Harris refused to even address the issues. People did not care about his nonsense, because most of it was directed at the institutions the people hate. 

Biden never should have run.  Biden was selfish.  In 2020, Harris dropped out before she got one vote.   She is no more a public speaker than Trump. 

The other day the Hill had an OPED piece saying Harris never had the support of the Party and people just got behind her to avoid a convention fight.  Then she messed up by not taking the 19 electoral votes from Pennsylvania by choosing Gov. Shapiro.

It was heart wrenching to watch her campaign.

IT IS OFFICIAL, DONALD TRUMP HAS WON CAMERON COUNTY - He won 52% of the vote

Gilberto Hinojosa should resign forthwith. 

Had Debrah Bell not gone missing for the Republicans, the Republicans could have won the sheriff and tax assessor office. 

STATE SENATE:

Morgan LaMantia made up her deficit and appears poised to win. It is close, but I believe based on the direction of the numbers, Adam Hinojosa cannot make them up.  NOTE THIS WAS WRONG - THE NUMBERS WERE WILD ALL NIGHT.

But the bigger issue is the election still uncalled because neither received 50+1.  

If there is a run-off, LaMantia's family will spend millions.  For the record I oppose buying an election whether it is a Democrat or Republican.

State Rep 37:  Jane Lopez - was soft prediction, but now hard 

BISD:

Minerva Pena, came out of nowhere and is now up a 1100 votes

Erasmo Castro - this is a soft projection, but I think it will hold

BISD is a plurality election, so you can win on 30%

Us Senate:  Colin Allred - if a horse race, he did not even show: Ted Cruz will take the win.  This was a complete waste of millions of dollars for a race Allred never had a chance to win.  While Ted Cruz and Governor Abbott closed out the campaign in South Texas, Colin Allred stayed in his safe Dallas. 

U.S. HOUSE RACES

VICENTE GONZALEZ V. MAYRA FLORES

Maya so far is polling strong in Cameron County.  Too many votes out to call it.

Now that the Democratic areas are reporting Vicente Gonzalez has a very clear lead.

  While losing in the beginning, Henry Cuellar seems to be ready to pull out a win. 

Okay we know Trump will win Texas, but the US Senate Race and House race with Vicente Gonzalez and Myra Flores can be found above.

Janie Lopez the Republican has won - Gracia was left in the dust
