UPDATE BEFORE THE NUCLEAR POST

Yes, I am done.  An amended request that Louis Sorola be suspended from the practice of law, and for Judge Gabriela Garcia be suspended as a judge will be mailed today.  I have the Court of Criminal Appeals opinion her conduct is a basis for recusal as a matter of law, without a hearing. I will post the key transcript. 

BUT FIRST RECOVERY FROM THE DOUBLE SURGERY

OMG, starting on Saturday the pain became unbearable, and I learned I could not take the painkiller.  Painkillers are not good for you.  Pain comes from infection and inflammation.  So yesterday my doctor called in a 6-day regiment of oral steroid.  It took about an hour and the pain was gone.

I woke up with ear pressure this morning, and am waiting on day two of the regiment to kick in.  It will.

I also slept better last night than I have in years - well until my sleep apnea machine stopped.  No worry, I keep replacements for different things which can go wrong.  The humidifier caused water to build up in the hose. There are electronic sensors in the hose.  I replaced the hose and water tank.  It was up and running.

But it has been years since I slept at least 5 1/2 hours.  So now I think I have anecdotal proof I do have COPD in addition to pulmonary hypertension.

I AM GOING OUT FOR BREAKFAST AND WILL GET TO IT BEFORE NOON.
