LAURA PEREZ-REYES PROVES HER FEALTY TO LUIS SAENZ AND GILBERTO HINOJOSA

On Monday morning a more complete criminal complaint is being filed with the FBI.  This has gone beyond surreal.  It is also being overnighted to the Office of Civil Rights violations in DC.

First, Laura had a notice that John Doe had moved and did not provide a forwarding address, added to the online docket long after her office received it from the Post Office.  Why was there a delay?

BUT NOW, Laura Perez-Reyes refuses to add to the docket John Doe's notice to the court he has not moved and remains at the address.  They were told they could verify this with the Brownsville Housing Authority, and his landlord. This incorrect notice will be reviewed by the FBI to determine if it is real, of fabricated by the clerk's office. 

The notice John Doe remains at his address was filed at 2:57 p.m., Thursday.  As of this morning Laura Perez-Reyes has refused to add it to the docket sheet. She has no discretion on the matter.  John Doe can be arrested on the false claim and held without bond. 

At the same time a lawsuit was filed against a court staffer.  The claim is failure to produce the documents after they were paid for, and Western Union verified the MO was cashed.

It was immediately filed, under the wrong name. I can tract this under the case number.

It was also filed in the 138th District Clerk instead of the county court at law, as requested.  The filer decides the court, not the clerk.

Gabby Garcia was immediately made aware of the problem of the lawsuit being filed in her court and has refused to ask the case to be properly refiled in the county court at law, or that she recuse herself, since the lawsuit is against her staff while acting under her direction. 

NO, THERE IS NO WAY LAURA PEREZ-REYES CAN BE THIS INCOMPETENT

This means she is intentionally acting under color of law violating John Doe's rights.

MY SITUATION

Last night I decided I would try and be admitted to DHR in Edinburg.  They have 4 ENT head and neck surgeons.

Valley Regional's ENT doctor does not accept VA insurance.  DHR Brownsville has no ENT doctors.  Valley Baptist is not even an option.

My sleep doctor on Wednesday noted I was shaking.  We were doing a zoom appointment on my phone.  My laptop will not connect to the VA system.  My right hand has been shaking out of control whenever I hold something for easily over 10 years.  But then there was the issue of me stumbling over my words.

The sinus infection caused by the retention cyst in my left maxillary sinus is such that when the pain is at its worse, my neck swells and turns red.  I have significant hearing loss.  The pain reduces me to tears.  A combination of steroids, Advil, and Flonase over time will reduce the pain to the point I am not crying, but this is for mere hours.  Then I have to wait for the next time to start safely the treatment again.

The problem is, I now have sinus infection induced mini strokes.  I cannot move my neck.  I am a candidate for cerebral ischemia.  I have a verified diminutive left carotid artery.  My eye doctor has been demanding the VA address this matter.  They will not.  My eye doctor has seen the loss of vision due to the diminutive carotid artery.  The doctor my new PCP wants me to see, may actually be the best doctor for the entire mess.  But he is out of the country, and no one can find out when he will be back.  But he is part of a larger team at DHR Edinburg

Because Brownsville is literally devoid of a doctor who can treat the problem, my only choice is to leave the area.  I cannot go anywhere because I have to be in court on Monday.

Assuming I am not forced to go to DHR today or tomorrow, I will be driven to DHR immediately after Mondays' hearing.  

This is a key reason I want out of Texas.  I should be assigned a highly experienced internist. They do not exist in south Texas.
