GOING HOME TO BEGIN PUSH TO END THE CASE AGAINST JOHN DOE

My ride gets here at 12:30. We will lose about an hour and a half at the VA getting my meds. Tomorrow at 2 p.m. I start my daily outpatient therapy.  As I type I am finishing my last double infusion of both antibiotics. They will continue tomorrow as an outpatient in Brownsville. 

AS TO JOHN DOE, I have so much ready to go.  I just need to print many documents and add exhibits.  Tomorrow I should deliver with John Doe his complaint that they intend to force him into plea bargain.  It is going to the FBI with a clear message any agreement by John Doe is coerced.

Let them try the case.  Once the eyewitness testifies there was no gun, the case if over with. The FBI has the statement by an eyewitness there was no gun, so they have everything they need to go after Saenz and company for malicious prosecution. 

I am waiting on the discharge nurse to go over everything with me. My blood sugar is very stable so long as I stay on the long-term insulin.  

The VA has decided I should use the old method to test my insulin and administer the long-term dosage at night. So now I wait for someone to teach me how to do it.

I do not believe this will be long-term.  All the evidence indicates once the infection is controlled my blood sugar will be fine.
