THE PAD REMAINS THE TRUE CRITICAL THINKING TOOL FOR THE ANALYST

In high school I learned this method and continue it until this day.  I always begin by writing out the known verifiable facts.  Then I will form a question as to what it means.  Now of course, I begin with a subject I want to analyze.

I do not begin with a preconceived conclusion.

In my master's thesis on Bowers v. Hardwick, the original sodomy case which made it illegal for both straight and gays to perform oral sex and other acts, my committee was shocked when I concluded when compared to the juridical methodology used by the Supreme Court, the opinion while offensive was within the historical method used by the Supreme Court when recognizing new rights.

By using this approach, I learned better how to use the courts to push changes in how we see rights. You have to know their method if you want to change results. I learned the importance of pushing change at the lower level, provided the framework for change at the Supreme Court level when the time is right.

SO, WHO IS RUNNING THE WHITE HOUSE?  TRUMP OR MUSK/PUTIN - LETS PUT IT TO THE KNOWN FACTS

Sometimes a conclusion is not an absolute, but a variable to be carefully watched for further evidence the facts support the conclusion.  It becomes an analytical tool.  In the end the conclusion can be wrong, but at least we monitored it until it could be ruled out.

SO, WHAT IS THE QUESTION AND KNOWN FACTS?

The question is, who is running the White House?  Trump of Musk/Putin.

[1]    No one cares about Trump's legacy more than Trump;

[2]    Why have Trump's sons Donald Jr., and Erik effectively been banned from the Trump administration?

[3]    Why would Trump allow for the curtailing of health research and limit the number of people who are charged with following new viruses or bacteria which could lead to a new Pandemic.  Trump knows better than most Covid cost him 2 consecutive terms.  He knows by lifting the safety Dome against another Pandemic, will cost him his legacy if we have a new pandemic.

You have to understand with another pandemic, it will become a distraction away from everything else being done by Trump/Musk.  This is a policy used before in history.  Also, both the US and Russia have chemical war plans to undermine populations by making them sick.

This is a brilliant plan by Musk.  Under the guise of eliminating waste, he shuts down the Pandemic Dome Defense system thereby increasing the chances of a new pandemic to distract the people away from the effects of the Musk coup d'etat.

[4]    One of the biggest topics at every kitchen table is the price of eggs.  Why has Trump, via Musk effectively stopped monitoring of avian flu?  It has been verified it is now in cattle.  Trump, and his long-time advisors have to know if the cattle industry is hit with avian flu beef will go to $20-$30 a pound and the cattle industry will be devastated

[5]    The entire U.S. government workforce is in disarray.  There is no bureaucratic state to keep order in the government. Whether we like it or not, the bureaucratic machine keeps the government working.  I have strongly endorsed Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch policy of abolishing bureaucratic rules which are not supported by law.  But it is a process.  If Trump were to order a bipartisan group to review possible rules which are not supported by law, I would stand with him all the way.

Here is a little secret.  I would love to open a Nicaraguan, Salvadoran, and Colombian eatery downtown. I have the money in my retirement trust.  But I do not because the regulations make my head spin.  Most regulations I favor, but it is too overwhelming for me.

[6]    Disruption of our military. The command structure is turned upside down. Key to discipline is trust in the command structure.  That is gone.  What Trump did is unprecedented in U.S. history, but not unprecedented in German/Soviet history.  Hitler convinced Stalin he could not trust his military command, so Stalin purged his military command, leaving him with inexperienced officers.  When the time came, Germany had no problem running over the Soviet troops.

[7]    Trump has put our relations with our allies in disarray.  They do not trust us.  Our allies, or former allies if you will, no longer rely on us.

I will bet the farm, Musk/Putin convinced Trump on Ukraine he could not trust his military commanders.  So, they replaced them.  Now we are weaker as a nation.

WHAT DOES ALL THIS ADD UP TO?

I have no idea how Trump is compromised.  But for a man obsessed with his legacy, these are not the policies of Trump.  See below more on this issue, and the video of Elon Musk's son telling Trump to go away because he is not the president.

Below I took off the table the two previous claims about how Trump may be compromised.  I do not need to know how he is compromised to see something is profoundly wrong.  Trump gains nothing by effectively collapsing the government. He gains nothing by exposing the people to another pandemic.  He gains nothing by seeing the cattle industry in disarray.  Trump gains nothing by having our allied not trusting him. None of these help Trump with his legacy.  So why?  Trump is compromised and Musk/Putin are running the show.

THIS IS ONLY A MODEL AND NOT AN OBSOLUTE CONCLUSION.

As an analyst I now look to the daily facts to see if they support my model or disprove it.
