LOUIS SOROLA "I KNOW A RETARD WHEN I SEE ONE." 

Gabby Garcia is a disgrace as a human being for allowing Sorola to refer to his client as a retard.  It shows her desperation.  It also shows the desperation of Lawrence Rabb and his wife Korina Barraza.  Remember who the two latter attorneys are.  They agreed to allow confessed murderer Amit Livingston to walk out of court to get his affairs in order conditioned on his $500,000 bond be released to Eddie Lucio, Villalobos former law partner.  It resulted in an international 7-year man hunt at a cost of millions of dollars.  These two will sell anyone and everyone up the river at the request of a DA. 

As an attorney Eddie Lucio has become a force to be reckon with.  I like him.  But my firm in Dallas were required to let him go as an attorney.  There were too any problems. He then formed a partnership with Villalobos before the 2 relocated to Brownsville.

I would ask John Doe's family to retain him, but his ties to the corrupt Lawrence Rabb and Korina Barraza are too tight to trust him.

CAMERON COUNTY AS LED BY SOFIA BENAVIDES LEADS THE CHARGE TO ALLOW THE BILLING FRAUD ON THE COUNTY BY THE FOUR ATTORNEYS APPOINTED TO DEFEND JOHN DOE. IF YOU NEED ANY MORE EVIDENCE OF THE ABUSE IN THE JOHN DOE CASE, I CAN NEVER WIN THE ARGUMENT WITH YOU

John Doe's father is waiting on his 401k to approve the hardship, so they do not charge him the 10% penalty.  I am preparing the package for the former US attorney to prepare the request for criminal charges against Louis Sorola and company.  I have already had $25,000, released from my personal retirement account to pay for the former USA Attorney to prepare the federal criminal charges.

Things are moving.  I was hoping to have the lawsuit against the State Bar filed in Austin to get an Austin judge to immediately suspend Sorola and company from the practice of law.  I can efile that with no problem.  I am about to have another procedure, so I need to close this out.  I will post a bit on my crisis.
