We were waiting on a CT scan with contrast, which was just published, and I am clear to go home.
MY STATUS: I remain resistant to antibiotics, am anemic, and have elevated white blood cells. Nearly every part of my body is impacted by the infection. While I should not need additional treatment for my peripheral neuropathy, I am being put on an old medicine I was on before the spinal stimulator.
The body just cannot manage on its own. The infusion treatment is to fight any and all infections in the body. There is no need to test for strep throat which I am certain I have, because the only treatment is what I am on. I get two different antibiotics. Vancomycin is the antibiotic of last resort. It is key part of my infusion therapy. It is mixed with a second.
Think, after 4+ weeks I remain resistant to antibiotics, anemic, and with an elevated white count, indicating infection. There are other problems, but since they would be treated with the Vancomycin, they do not even test for them. Until I am no longer antibiotic resistant the other problems will persist.
So, on Monday I go home. My care will continue daily at an outpatient clinic. For home use they will place a line into my hip. The treatment will be administered daily. I am on a daily extended insulin injection. It is working. This morning my blood sugar was at 87, and before lunch 103. For now, it is not diabetes. It is the infection.
THE MULTISIDED DEFENSE FOR JOHN DOE AGAINST SAENZ AND COMPANY
The affidavit for the FBI accusing Pete Gilman, Gabby Salazar, Louis Sorola, Lawrence Rabb and his wife Korina Barraza of trying to coerce John Doe into a plea bargain will be filed by Tuesday. It is done. I need to go over it with John Doe and his father. It will be notarized Monday or Tuesday and delivered on Tuesday and then filed with the court.
Any attempt to force John Doe into a plea bargain will be on record with the FBI as coerced.
The only option Saenz has is to dismiss the charges and then come up with some lame defense to mitigate the charges against him and his compadres. Sorola has no choice but to call the eyewitness there was no gun. They have nothing. The FBI knows this. They only avoid this by dismissing all charges.
The fact is an eyewitness stated there was no gun. The magistrate judge dismissed the charges for a lack of probable cause. Sorola has paid Montoya repeatedly to attack John Doe's family. Sorola on the record lied and said he does not know the father. Ben Euresti reversed an agreed order which the father never agreed to but was entered by Sorola. I have the order. Sorola's representation was so bad, I had to put the defense together the father in fact had custody of the kids and had been paying support anyway. It is called apartment receipts, BPUB receipts etc.
The good news is, they family is one big happy group. The ex and his daughter have cleaned my house from top to bottom. All summer long we associate all of the time.
I have the FBI complaint ready to go, which shows Pete Gilman in fact took over the case to defend his wife from an obstruction of justice charge, and not to prosecute the interests of the state.
I have three mandamuses ready. I also have the federal lawsuit nearly ready.
GABBY GARCIA IS SO INCOMPETANT AND DEVOID OF ANY KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW SHE THINKS SHE CAN REFUSE TO ALLOW FOR A HEARING ON THE CONSTITUIONAL ISSUES AND THE FEDERAL COURT WILL NOT USE HER SELF-SERVING CONDUCT AS EVIDENCE OF FUTILITY.
