STOP THE NAZI NONSENSE AND FOCUS ON THE SUBSTANCE

EDITORS NOTE:  If I could write pieces like this every day and stay away local politics, I would be one very happy camper.

Look if you want to pretend there is no waste in government you will lose the argument.  While I do not like how Musk and Trump are going about it, there is some legitimacy to what they are saying in terms of waste.  Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski said it best, the waste is real so now we have to follow the law in how we are going to deal with it.

Trump/Musk own the issue of government waste.  It is a popular issue. The Democrat have nothing.

MY FAVORITE DOCTRINE IS ABOUT TO COME ALIVE - UNCONSTITUTIONAL DELEGATION OF LEGISLATIVE POWER

It is a live issue before the Supreme Court.  The history if I remember, the Supreme Court in 1928 opened the door to the argument of nondelegation, but then in 1935, they closed the door.

I have followed this issue for years.  The one most scholars care about is the unconstitutional delegation by the Senate of oversight of the judiciary.  Commonsense tells us the policy of allowing the judges to oversee themselves is crazy.  If the Court reopens the doctrine of unconstitutional delegation of power, there will be a suit to end the federal judiciary overseeing themselves.

SO, HERE IS A CLEAR DEFINITION

"Nondelegation posits that the constitution prohibits the US Congress from giving power to federal agencies to make rules. Instead, Congress should essentially agree on and spell out most significant details in the laws it passes, which critics say is highly unlikely in a bitterly partisan and combative political era."

I can tell you Associate Justice fully supports this.  It will eat away at the bureaucratic.  I am not going to change my long-term support doctrine because it will help Trump.  

It is just a doctrine which the suing party must still argue violates the rule of non-delegation.  

HOW ARE THE DEMOCRATS THROUGH THEIR NAME CALLING ARE LOSING A KEY ISSUE AGAINST TRUMP

COVID, AVIAN FLU IN THE CHICKENS AND, NOW CATTLE

Covid is something most people can relate to on their own.  They do not need to be taught about its history.

The U.S. was needlessly slow in its response.  Several weeks before it became official, I flew to NY for my sister's funeral.  I am convinced she is one of the first cases.  She came home from work and told my niece she could not breath.  She went from the hospital to home hospice care. 

To be honest she would have died within the month anyway.

So, the day after the funeral one brother flew to Baja for a few days and then I was going to meet him in San Diego.  It was a great trip.  On my return every Asian in the airport had on a mask.  We dropped the ball.

ANYONE WHO CLAIMS THE FIRST TRUMP ADMINSTRATION DID NOT DROPPED THE BALL IS IN DENIAL.

And for the record I personally believe Dr. Fauci was a clear player in that failure.

NOW BIDEN DROPPED THE BALL ON AVIAN FLU

Because Congress did nothing along with Biden, the price of eggs is very high and restaurants like Waffle House are charging an additional fee for each egg

There was overwhelming evidence that avian flu was becoming a national crisis issue.  Congress did nothing to increase regulations over our chicken population.  So now millions of chickens have been put down.  People are paying more for every product which involves chicken.

BACK TO TRUMP - HE IS SO BUSY TAKING CONTROL OF THE WORLD HE IS IGNORING THE PENDING CRISIS CONCERNING THE SPREAD OF AVIAN FLU TO THE CATTLE POPULATION

WE HAVE LEARNED NOTHING FROM OUR COVID FAILURE, AND AVIAN BIRD FLU

It will not hurt the Democrats to admit Biden and Congress dropped the ball on avian flu, in the same way Trump dropped the ball on covid.  They then insist Trump and congress act to protect the cattle industry.  They will not which will mean a significant increase cost to beef.  It will impact all fast-food restaurants.

This gives the Democrats a clear kitchen table issue.
