IN A SECOND DWI CASE, ALONG WITH AN ASSAULT, SAENZ HAS NOW REFUSED TO PROSECUTE THE DRIVER WHO HIT JOHN DOE'S TRUCK
The FBI has the second complaint, this time claiming Peter Gilman, Gabby Garcia and Louis Sorola are trying to force him into a plea bargain. It will not happen. He has asked for a formal criminal charge against the three if anything but dismissal of the charges, or trial occurs.
They have the above medical picture and the police report showing Gabriela Salazar nearly killed John Doe and Saenz refused to prosecute her because we proved the bar over served her. There was money, and Saenz took it.
These three believe a jury will find John Doe guilty after the material eyewitness testifies there was no gun. Sorola refused to file a motion to quash the evidence secured by the deputies after John Doe repeatedly refused their request to search his apartment.
The reality is the found nothing. They found a fully loaded legal gun. Had he shot the gun it would not have been fully loaded. Further the only eyewitness says there was no gun.
They only thing they allegedly found were a handful of prescription pills used for sleep. Sorola has made no effort to secure a copy of the prescription. He has failed to file a motion based on medical necessity.
Any effort to try the case will only further sink Gabby Garcia, Peter Gilman, and Louis Sorola. That is the goal.
Everything is in place to hang the three. At the key moment the Dallas attorney will take control, but not before the three have insured their indictment in federal court.
These three actually believe they can refuse to show deference to the court of appeals and the federal judge in Austin.
