REPUBLICANS TAKE LEAD ON EXPANDING NON-LAWYER REPRESENTATION IN COURT FOR THE POOR- JOHN DOE CASE WILL BE THE CASE

The new Supreme Cout Chief Justice has called for expansion of non-lawyer representation of indigent parties.  The chief justice is aware of the civil case of John Doe concerning whether disabled persons are entitled to have an ADA advocate speak for them.  Gabby Garcia actually refused to follow the legal ruling issued by Judge Posner.  Posner is the most respected federal court of appeals judge in the U.S.

This is also in the John Doe criminal case in a mandamus which should be formally filed today with the 13th court of appeals.  It was overnighted UPS last night. 

Gabby Garcia as a graduate of the worst law school in Texas thinks the court of appeals will follow her ruling and not that of Judge Posner.

The Chief Justice wants the court of appeals to ensure ADA advocates can speak for disabled people in court.  This issue is a big win for the Republicans while making the Democrats look corrupt.

JOHN DOE'S CRIMINAL CASE WILL LEAD TO THE ARREST OF GABBY GARCIA, PETER GILMAN, LOUIS SOROLA AND OTHERS

This is not me speaking.  John Doe gets it.  He asks all the time how can he be found guilty if  the material eyewitness says there was no gun? 

He now has to sworn statements with the FBI making clear Sorola is illegally claiming to represent him and has attacked him in court.  The transcripts tell the truth. Sorola referred to John Doe as being a retard. 

History teaches me one a mandamus is filed; the trial court defers to the court of appeals to wait for a ruling.  Gabby Garcia does not have the needed respect for the court of appeals to stop the case to give them time to rule.

Gabby will anger the federal judge in Austin, rather than stay the case. 

The Dallas Attorney is on board.  We will see if Gabby Garcia shows contempt for the court of appeals and federal court by proceeding while the rulings are pending.

At the point Gabby refuses to show deference to the court of appeals and federal court in Austin, the Dallas attorney will strike. 

The only option Saenz has is to dismiss the criminal cases and then try and fashion a defense on all the claims.
