AS PREDICTED: AMAZON SHORTCHANGES BROWNSVILLE

We are not getting a fulfillment center. You have to have a cargo airport to have a fulfillment center.  Brownsville gave up on ever having a cargo airport with its endless lies about expanding the runway.

So now Brownsville will be the place with shortchanged promises.  While the other valley airports got real flights to Mexico, we got a 19-seater plane.  Again we were shortchanged. 

Brownsville celebrating being shortchanged is not the reputation we want.  Yes, it is jobs.  They will be non-union and possibly contract drivers who are not full time Amazon drivers.

Why can Brownsville not aspire to greatness?  

You know for years South American countries were lobbying to make Brownsville a perishable port of entry.  It would have been a boom for shipping, rail and some air cargo.  But no, the powers that be just kept on lying about the runway expansion and now we have nothing.  

Reporting is more than copy and paste.  If you cannot analyze the data, then you really have nothing to offer.

The BV2 called the Amazon shortchange.  It also called the Birthright case.

All major news services agree the Supreme Court took the case, exactly as I stated, to stop the national injunctions by trial judges, and not to resolve the Birthright citizenship issue.
