SHERIFF MANNY TREVINO MUST BRING INDICTMENTS AGAINST PROBATION OFFICERS RESPONSIBLE FOR DESTRUCTION OF EVIDENCE AND OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

Today Eddie Treviño will have the complaint.  He must fire forthwith the head of the civil litigation section.  The evidence is solid.  The civil section of the Cameron County legal department is not doing its job.  As I have already proven Juan Gonzalez has argued court reporters are immune from suit.  The Supreme Court has held there is no basis to the claim.  In fact, Judge McDonald not wanting to be caught up in Gonzalez obstruction of justice to protect Saenz criminal enterprise recused himself from the case.

I CAN PROVE ADULT PROBATION OFFICERS ARE DESTROYING DRUG TESTS SO IT IS THEIR WORD AGAINST THE PROBATIONER

You cannot destroy evidence and then claim a probationer's probation should be revoked.  There also appears to be a financial scheme involved.  The probation office gives you the name of a group which assesses the probationer for drug addiction.  The company is told the probationer failed a drug test, a test which is immediately destroyed and not preserved.  If the probationer denies the drug use, they are deemed to be in denial.  The probationer must now pay for drug counselling.  This is clear financial fraud.

NO, MY FRIENDS I WILL DRAG THE CIVIL SECTION OF CAMERON COUNTY LEGAL DEPARTMENT INTO THE BOWELS OF HELL, BEFORE THIS NONSENSE CONTINUES

MANNY TREVINO WILL VERIFY THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION WITHIN THE WEEK OR ADULT PROBATION WILL FACE A LAWSUIT WHEREIN AN INJUNCTION WILL BE SOUGHT TO STOP ALL DRUG TESTING

Also to make this worse the probation officers are claiming they have been told they can order anything they want to be performed by the probationer.  The judge signs an order as to the terms of probation.  I have been told to my face, probation is not bound by the judge's order.

This is what happens when you have a corrupt county civil department advising the county.

The criminal complaint is going out in the morning.

NATIONAL NEWS ON THE ISSUE

In California 6000 inmates have been identified of wrongly being accused of failing a drug test.  The state is scrambling to identify any inmates denied parole over the false drug testing. Litigation is inevitable.  The question is how far Cameron County Commissioners Court will go to protect the guilty.  Anything short of the dismissal of the head of the civil legal section is unacceptable.
