Two weeks later he is charged with driving 76-mph in a 65-mph zone. The case is before Cyndi Hinojosa. She needs to recuse herself from the case. No Cameron County judge should be allowed to preside over the case of another judge's family member.
In both cases the address listed for Pedraza is the same address tax records record the residence of Gabriela Garcia and a Jorge Pedraza Sr.
I will say I have very little trust in Cameron County tax records. But I can legally rely on what I found online.
I think it is safe that since Jorge Javier Pedraza is the same Pedraza listed on the residence of Gabriela Garcia and Jorge Pedraza, they are all related.
So, two weeks after driving in an unsafe speed and crashing, Pedraza gets stopped again for speeding.
Anyone want to defend this young man as not being reckless in his decision making?
I am inferring facts based on the fact Pedraza in all his cases including the PI case is tied to the same address.
So, he stands next to a parking lot fight and gets pushed into the fight, and his mommy wants us to believe he is a careful son.
I am certain the bar owner's attorney will develop all of this, but Pedraza seems to me to be a reckless child of a judge who believes he can get away with things.
I will note, when I speak to attorneys about Gabriela Garcia, they go silent. Noone seems to know if she was ever married to Jorge Pedraza or is currently married. But public records have them sharing an address, and at a time at the same address Gabriela Garcia was known as Gabriela Pedraza.
Further, public records show Gabriela Garcia has represented Jorge Pedraza in court at least twice.
