GABRIELA GARCIA [PEDRAZA] WITH JORGE PEDRAZA

The photo is dated 2019.  In the same post Jorge Pedraza said of Judge Garcia, "Very loyal, honest, and understanding."

I am very concerned Judge Garcia was never informed about security measures Texas provides to judges.  There is way too much information online about her which is public, which should be suppressed.  Texas law provides this benefit. But you have to ask for it.

It is fair to say the address tied to her and Jorge Pedraza is his separate property, via inheritance. I cannot say she lives there, but public records have tax bills being sent to the address in her name. 

Public records certainly explain why Jorge Pedraza considers her very loyal.  This is clearly a private matter between them.

But publicly, she has represented him in court.

JORGE C. PEDRAZA FILED SUIT FOR JJ PEDRAZA IN 2022, AS NEXT OF FRIEND

The case is 022-CCL-00680.  The case was filed by attorney Javier Villarreal.  Javier appears to be the family attorney for personal injury. I assume Judge Garcia informs all defense counsel the family uses Javier Villarreal as their personal injury attorney.  Such knowledge would form a basis for recusal in all such cases.

NOW ENTERS LOUIS SOROLA

Public records show Louis Sorola was representing Jorge Pedraza at the same time he was conspiring against John Doe.  Gabriela Garcia knew this, concealed it, and should have recused herself.  It was a car crash case in Cyndi Hinojosa's court.  You should know when Sorola filed the case, he chose Cyndi Hinojosa as forum shopping.  He could not file it in his wife's court, and at the time the Sorola's were in a battle with Linda Salazar over weddings.  The case is 2023-GSC-00171.

Either Gabriela Garcia or Jorge Pedraza were paying Sorola, at the same time Garcia was guaranteeing Sorola was being paid with public funds to screw over John Doe. Now because it is a car crash case, Sorola could have been on a percentage, or did it for free.  Property damage cases only are generally filed in JP court.  If it was a freebee, that makes it worse for all concerned.

If this is not an indictable offense nothing is.

I am really hopeful before midnight I will have the mandamus filed against the COB in my case, so I can then move forward on this case.
