IS ADELA GARZA PLAYING LOOSE WITH THE RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT?

Canon 2B "A judge shall not lend the prestige of judicial office to advance the private interests of the judge or other."

I want to make clear about how the rule works.  She cannot be held accountable for the actions of others.  So, for example if someone were to post a claim Judge Adela is campaigning with her husband, that would not be a violation if the ruling against former Judge Nathen Hecht holds. 

She is free to campaign with her husband all she wants but cannot be introduced as a judge.  If she is there, she must stop it. 

But this is a blatant violation.  She posted from her judicial page as a judge effectively supporting her husband for judicial office.

What is really happening is what I call "Shiny Object Gaslighting."  The overuse of fascist has made the term meaningless.  It is not being used properly. What the fascist did in terms of "Shiny Object Gaslighting" has been happening since the first group of humans formed a group.

I have never heard any complaint concerning Judge Garza's conduct on the bench in terms of the administration of justice.   But that is the Shiny Object Gaslighting." We must learn to look behind the curtain. The idea she is seemingly a good judge does not excuse her otherwise less than honorable conduct and her associations.

You see we are not supposed to look at her questionable conduct only her good conduct as a judge while on the bench. 

This is how abusive governance happens. 

I WILL SAY WITH 100% CERTAINTLY LUIS SAENZ BY JANUARY WILL BE POISON TO ANYONE WHO IS ASSOCIATING WITH HIM 

If you believe Luis Saenz is a good person you are morally corrupt and devoid of any sense of ethics.

If Noe Garza and his wife Adela believe this, they are a threat to the administration of justice in Cameron County.

Noe Garza praises Saenz: "Thank you District Attorney Luis Saenz for your years of dedication and leadership in serving Cameron County. "

Noe and Adela cannot manage both campaigns. I believe by January as Saenz falls Noe and Adela Garza will not be able to distance themselves from Saenz.

Now is the time for more people to jump in to challenge Adela Garza. It appears Noe is already up against Chuy Garcia, according to McHale, and Erin Garcia. I say the more the merrier.
